The Good: I called on a friday morning for a water heater replacement and they had it completed by 1 p.m. Installation looked professional and nothing was left behind. The city inspector was scheduled to inspect.
The Bad: When the inspector came out, they failed it because the temperature pressure relief valve was routed incorrectly to city code. JC came the day prior to do a requested free in-home estimate to get pricing on repairing my shower/tub handle. It was a mess. Kurtis Bowersox was my technician who returned the following morning to get started. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and clearly was very knowledgeable in his trade as he operated like it was second nature. Called on a Tuesday for a drain clean. My regular guy couldn't get to it and referred me on. Everyone was booked til next week. Sarah was very professional pleasant voice on the phone. Told me she could schedule it for Friday. Great I'll take it, and we can deal with the drain til then. Sarah called back in about an hour and said that he was on the way. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He was done in about 30 minutes and water was running again. I was notified by email every step of the way.
