Clay at Gem is professional, courteous and eager to help. I needed emergency help during thanksgiving weekend and two other 24 hr emergency companies were too booked up but one of them told me to call Gem. Best move I made. I returned home on a Saturday to find my hot water tank leaking and unbelievably another leak in my master bathroom. Even though Clay from Gem was booked up and had worked long hours he came by to help me. The other guys didn’t care too much. I will always use Gem for all my plumbing needs thanks to one professional employee.

The staff and plumbers are always very quick to respond and have usually come out the same day within a few hours of my call. The customer service is great they have the experience to take on anything that comes up. I'd have been using them to service several properties that I owned for the past few years.

Ive had to have my water heater replaced because of a leak. Their plumber Ronny installed my new water heater, he was very polite, quick, and highly professional. There was no mess, my water heater looked amazing! I expected to have globs of glue, dirt and rust on my floor. The entire area was spotless! I am surely recommending this company to anyone that needs a water heater.
