All of our counselors and social workers are licensed by the state of Maryland. Some also have additional experience in spiritually-integrated psychotherapy for individuals interested in such services.

Suburban Crossroads Counseling Inc. (SCC) is a not-for-profit agency of licensed professional therapists representing a diversity of mental health disciplines. SCC is dedicated to strengthening emotional well-being, spiritual health, and development across spirituality and cultures. We provide services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
I have years of experience working with clients on a wide range of issues, using a variety of philosophical and clinical approaches. I believe that my work is helping people listen to themselves to gain insight into why their lives aren't the way they want, and to then determine what direction they need to go to get there.
Two roads diverged in a wood and I - I took the one less traveled by, And that has made the difference. Holistic counseling focuses on the whole person and seeks to help the individual grow emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This approach allows for a variety of counseling strategies to help facilitate that growth and contribute to the overall well-being of the individual.
