I'm originally from Fairbanks, Alaska, and my family was from farm country in Nebraska before that. That means a classic dairy-heavy meat-and-potatoes diet, and a bloodline that leans toward obesity. My genetics say I should be fat. In fact, I put on weight like crazy if I even look at a processed carbohydrate or think about eating dairy.

Growing up in Fairbanks also meant many months of extreme cold and dark, with few opportunities to be active, and many excuses to gain weight. Even as a dancer I always struggled with my weight while my friends never seemed to give theirs a second thought. We ate sugar cereal, white bread, those hot dogs with cheese in the middle, and heavy dinners like lasagna, meatloaf, and dairy-soaked casseroles.

Whether you're training with us one-on-one in our Hillsboro studio, taking one of our small group classes, or joining us from the comfort of your home (via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, etc.), our truly personalized, caring approach will help you find the healthy body and life you're looking for. We never use cookie-cutter plans, go 'by the book', or make you feel like just another number.
I developed my holistic nutrition approach as over the years I watched many of my clients having great success with their nutrition. For awhile. I would create a meal plan, give them lots of encouragement and daily coaching, and hold them accountable for their choices. This is the perfect recipe for success, right?
Bryn is a busy medical professional and didn't have a lot of time to workout. Her goal was to lose 30 pounds by her wedding. A few months into her training she'd already met her goal and wanted to keep going. By the time she got married, she'd lost over 60 pounds and gained a significant amount of fat-burning lean muscle.

Tj Michael is the greatest personal trainer I've ever had! I don't often write these reviews but I wanted to If so everyone can see how great he is at what he does.
I started training with Tj Michael few months ago. Back during covid before I got my shot I did virtual trainings and they were awesome! Since those days I have gone in since I've gotten my vaccine. It's absolutely fantastic to work in person as well and he is as well and since he has all the gym equipment he needs it makes it much easier on me as well. Whether you do virtually or in person he does an amazing job but I do have to say

Writing reviews isn't really something I ever do, but I just feel like I really need to express publicly the magnitude of change that Tiffany Stafford, the owner of LifeBODY Fitness, has had in my life - in case any of your souls are craving the same in this season of your lives. This is a great studio with great staff. I'd definitely recommend looking into this for personal training.

I had a couple coworkers suggest looking into this studio after having positive experiences themselves. Writing this on behalf of my mother.
My mom was trained by Natalie, a young, up and coming trainer, who she would rave about all the time. My mom learned so much from Natalie, especially nutritional advice to utilize at home. She said Natalie explains each exercise clearly and is patient too. She also says Natalie is one of the sweetest and most genuine individuals she's ever had the pleasure to meet.

Hiro Shigaki is an excellent trainer. He is very approachable, easy talk to, and has loads of great fitness ideas. I really enjoyed my 9 one-on-one classes with Hiro. The facility is very nice, as well. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been training at LifeBODY Fitness for well over a year. I train with Tiffany, and my husband trains with Branden. I don't even know where to start this review because of the amazing transformations we've experienced since working with the team at LifeBODY Fitness.

The gym itself is beautiful. There are lots of windows which let in natural light. The gym is well appointed and thoughtfully designed. It is very clean, and there are towels and water always available. It feels very spa like. It is an enjoyable atmosphere to exercise in.

Life. Its busy and stressful and we forget to make time for ourselves. Life Body Fitness has helped me rebalance the way I think about fitness and life. The holistic approach of fitness, nutrition, and life coaching is really unique to this place and sets it apart from any other training experience I have ever had. The owner and my trainer, Tiffany, takes great pride in changing people's lives. I came to Life Body Fitness wanting to get in better shape and look a little better. Jonathan Gomez is a scammer. He trained my girlfriend and I for a month but made us pay for two. He had us pre-pay for the 2nd month and then, after the first session, said next month the price would go up from $200 to $500. He also based this reasoning on the fact that I wasn't losing weight fast enough and would not make him look good on IG. He then said higher paying clients would start to take priority so it may take months to schedule us. He was an hour late for an appointment once and spent the whole time complaining about Tiffany. I met her and she seems quite nice. I hate to leave this

Training with Wayne at Life and Body Fitness has me loving my work out days . The variety of equipment the gym offers allows the work outs to differ and not get boring .The gym has a great set up to provide the one on on training attention and not feel distracting when other trainers are training at the same time . I spent years training across different gyms and instructors: 24, CrossFit, LA, private studios, and even with active duty military groups. But nothing comes close to how great of an experience LifeBODY has been for these past 6 months. I've been doing personal training sessions once a week with Tiffany and attending group classes with Branden two to three times a week since February 2017. I had struggled with exercise before working with these two, and never really knew what to do at a gym or a bar class since I always felt like I was doing things wrong but didn't know how to fix them.

Both Tiffany and Branden are great at breaking down exercises and modifying them for those that don't have the strength/flexibility/mobility to do a regular exercise. Through this attention, my ability in all those things has improved

This is a very nice fitness studio. I have been working with the owner, Tiffany for a year now. She is an excellent trainer with good interpersonal skills. I have been suffering from posture issues for a long time and she helped me out with different corrective exercises. Tiffany keeps exercises interesting by introducing different variations and techniques in the workout sessions. She is also very knowledgeable about diet and nutrition.Highly recommended for anyone with any fitness goal.

I have been working with Tiffany Stafford for months now as well as in the past and it has been life changing! I could not be happier with the results that I have obtained with her help. Not only has she helped me with physical goals, she has helped with my mental health as well, which is just as important when living a healthy lifestyle. I wouldn't be where I am today without her!

As far as pricing goes, her training rates are as low as they could possibly get for the service you are receiving. Honestly, it's worth the time to invest in what she has to offer. I wouldn't recommend

Before I write this review I'll give some background information about myself. Due to years of sedentary lifestyle and a desk job, I have a spinal-postural deficiency (kyphosis-lordosis posture). I have taken up weight training a few years ago. I have previously worked with multiple trainers to fix my posture and to gain some muscle in the process. It did work to some extent. However, I plateaued eventually. My posture was not improving and I was barely able to increase my muscle mass. It was around this time, I moved to Hillsboro. I have had a fantastic experience working with Tiffany. My story starts as a long time athlete turned couch potato/office worker. Over the past several months, Tiffany has helped me build strength and endurance. Its a long road to "being in shape", but I feel better than I have in along time. I met Tiffany years ago when I started training with her at my gym. She helped me prepare for knee surgery and because of her help I recovered very quickly. She not only helped me physically but she helped me build a strong mind and heart. Again we trained when she found another training home and became even closer. ..So, you think you are tough, you think you can throw around 30-40lb dumbbells, think you know how to work out! I thought that too- Well just wait until you do a workout with Tiffany, using 5lb dumbbells-and you find yourself humbled, spent, and maybe even a tear or two....

Of all my years of working out, I have never had my form and movements analyzed so thoroughly, had the exercises and body parts explained with such intelligence, and being shown that doing an exercise correctly also gets you better results, much faster with less pain.
