Balanced Body Fitness is a private personal training studio specializing in building resilient injury-resistant bodies. We believe the most important thing in life is to have a healthy body and to feel energetic, able, and pain free. We realize every person has specific needs and must be addressed in a manner leading to long term results.

This is why every personal training client is treated as the unique person they are. We will listen to what your needs, limitations, and goals are to build a smart, sustainable, and individualized plan to help you reach them. Balanced Body Fitness is a private studio, not a gym. While the gym has a lot of value it can be intimidating, judgmental, and confusing.

Directions: Driving down NE 25th ave turn onto NE Kathryn st into Sunset West Business Park. We are in the second building on the left, look for our sign above the door.

I have been training with Nathan since he was working at another facility before starting up Balanced Body Fitness. I followed him because I was confident he would do amazing with his new business. It has been exciting watching him grow this business and continuing to work with him through it. Nathan is an amazing trainer which is why I have been going to him for so long. I have had multiple injuries in the past and he always finds a way to develop a workout taking those injuries into account. Nathan listens to the individual and their needs. He has always listened to what my goals are and helped

Seriously the best personal trainer you could ask for. Nathan is kind, motivational, inclusive, extremely talented, and a pain in my butt (literally, but the squats are worth it, I promise!). I’ve been working with him for over two years now and not only are his prices extremely reasonable, but I’ve seen some real progress physically and mentally. Nathan goes above and beyond your typical personal trainer, and offers support in diet and lifestyle, in addition to a personalize fitness routine. He has also helped keep me motivated despite my crazy schedule as a student, and has supported my fitness

I'd been working out on my own for about a year before I got a gift of five sessions with Nathan. He took a look at what I was doing, helped me formulate goals, and developed a new program for me that is producing results beyond what I was achieving on my own. He's a pleasure to work with and will push you, but is not heavy-handed about it at all. I've used all of my five gift sessions, and now I'm planning to buy some on my own because I've found his training, knowledge, and encouragement that useful. Highly recommended.

When I was looking for training, I wanted someone who would view me holistically instead of just the numbers. Nathan is absolutely that! He pushes me towards my goals while also listening to me. He is incredibly compassionate too which certainly keeps me coming back and engaged. I appreciate that I am treated with kindness and respect no matter the level of my ability, that’s very important to me. All around a great guy and great place!

Nathan is not only a brilliant trainer, but an all around great guy. His gym is not only pretty, but has everything you need for a good workout, including great programming! He sat down and listened to my goals and built a program for me that helped me knock it out of the park! He checks in with me regularly making sure we can make adjustments to the program as needed. I have worked with him in person, but he's also adapted my programming that I can do it from home and work with him remote.

I love this gym! Nathan is very attentive to his clients. Much better service than those big, corporate gyms like 24 hour fitness. I cannot think of a single time 24 hour fitness has done as much for me as Nathan has.

Nathan is a great listener and really tailored my training to my goals. Great balance of both support and challenging me. Homeboy knows what he's doing.
Facility is nice and private too. That way I don't have to worry about looking like a noob in front of a bunch of folks at the gym who actually know what they're doing lol. Nathan has a lot of patience and positive attitude for beginners- and good expertise for intermediate and expert folks. All around great experience
