Our Kids Welcome Package include full exam, X-ray Basic cleaning and free hygiene kit for kids under the of 15. My first appointment today at Riverwalk Dental in Devine Texas was a very pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, explaining my care plan and options. Dr. Kewalramani took time to explain and review my options with me, answering all my questions. I usually have anxiety when going to the Dentist but Dr. Kewalramani made my first appointment a pleasant visit. My only issue is they use a call center so when I made a second appointment the person scheduled me on a day the dentist I was to see was not there and I arrived to be told my appointment needed to be canceled

Summary: My visit was pleasant and I'm actually looking forward to another appointment to get my oral health back on track
I had a tooth break testing what was apparently a jawbreaker of some sort and was able to make appointment for the next day. Everyone was very polite both on the phone and in person. Even though I am more experienced than I should be at sitting in a dentist's office, the staff and Dr. explained things very well. Everyone seemed to have their heart set on doing good by me/the customer.
When we were done, they asked for feedback on my visit/experience before I left(which is

The girls at the front desk are so helpful I was recommended to this company by a friend of mine. I think I made the right choice the doctor was very intuitive. They made it a place I would go back to you. I have been to other dentists and none of them has been as great as this one I want to think Dr. Mayor Amber Jaylin Britney and Cameron you all were so so Friendly and very professional! I had an appointment today, and it will surely be my last.
The appointment started off well. The woman at the desk got me checked in, and I waited maybe one minute before I was taken right in. X rays went fine, then to the exam room for a routine cleaning. The doctor came in, and was quite nice, until he asked the wrong questions… “do you have kids?”, I replied with a simple no. He then said “why not? Didn’t want them? Just didn’t happen?” I realize he may have seen it as simple conversation, but after a woman replies with “no” there is no reason why a man, or woman, should ask

I always want to support local small businesses. This one I can not. First of all it's a chain. Came in as a new patient after my dentist retired. I have always had good dental insurance. I have gone every 6 months for over 50 years to get my teeth checked & cleaned by 7 different dentists. Always told I have good strong healthy teeth. No pain no problems. Why would I need "deep scale cleaning"? Why drill and fill some stains I've had for over 40 years? Why cap a chipped front tooth from boot camp 1982?
