A young lady by the name Kaprice assisted me through my pre journey (not quite done yet ) and she has a lovely approach to customer education and reassuring process . I have always had an excellent experience with Dr. Martinez and his amazing staff. The office staff make everything so easy with your insurance and setting appointments. Looking for a new Dentist? I was very impressed with the customer service and care at Great White Dental on Broadway. State of the Art new equipment. Smiling staff and Dentist. Variable and accommodating hours. I had my first appointment at 7am! My next appointment is set for 5pm. Both non impacting to my work hours! New patients also get a $99 value of Whitening Strips! I am so glad I came across the dental office!!! I have had some horrible experiences and was TERRIFED to go to a dentist but I couldn't put it off anymore. Had to have 3 extractions, 2 were a little complicated and they made me feel so comfortable and i didn't feel a thing!!! So glad I was able to take care of my teeth!

Everyone knows going to the dentist isn't typically the most exciting thing on your to do list. Great white dental makes the experience comfortable and as pleasant as possible. My favorite thing is definitely the people who work here. The dentists are informative and explain what they are doing, show you photos of your X-rays to help you understand and give you any options that you may have. No question is a stupid question here. They even have Carmel flavored flouride. There are tvs above your head that you can watch. The receptionists are always very welcoming and friendly and never run

The staff was so awesome!!! Very friendly & kind even though I haven't been to a dentist in years. This place is very home like & comfortable. They made me feel so relaxed. They told me everything that they were doing. They kept me in loop with xrays, procedures, etc. crystal was amazing at the front desk. Very Interactive with the clients. Highly recommend!!!!

Got all four of my wisdom teeth taken less than two months ago and let me tell you, AMAZING experience! I'm not very familiar with the San Antonio area just yet (I'm new here) so I came across dr. Alvarado on ZocDoc and he just happened to be the first doctor on the list.
The entire week before my appointment, i had anxiety and i was scared of the pain that was yet to come! Literally - every video i watched, made it seem as if it's gonna be one of the worst experiences ever.
