They always seem to get me in in a timely fashion. This was the first time I had any work done other than NYSIs. I bought four new tires from them and had them mounted and balanced. On my way home I noticed the tire pressures were all 9 pounds over inflated. I would have returned but I had other appointments to get to and I thought I would just reset the pressures the next morning. When I went to reset the pressures I noticed the wheel center caps were not installed correctly, and, the original wheel weights were still on the wheels. I am a retired auto tech and any place I worked would never leave

Easy to get an appointment here. I had a wheel alignment and they did it very quickly. I was very satisfied until...hubby and I took the car on the highway and it shimmied until we got where we were going and shimmied all the way back. I called and got an appointment for the next day. They fixed the problem, but charged me for labor. I felt like that was unfair because it wasn't my fault that they didn't do it right the first time. I paid $86 plus tax when others pay $70 plus tax. I probably won't return.

Kendal Karn just went above and beyond for me in an emergency situation. A brand new tire (purchased elsewhere) literally tore in half on my way to get an inspection.
I called and told them my situation from the highway, and 10 mins to close I was told to have the car towed there and that there would be a loaner waiting for me at Kendal's.
I got both a new tire mounted and an inspection for an incredible price by the next day. I've been coming here for years and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I've been coming to Kendall Automotive for several years now and I always receive excellent service. They've always been courteous of my schedule and get me in, and they are always on time - and I appreciate that. Everyone is always friendly , I don't know much about cars - they are always respectful and kind if I ask questions, and never condescending. The prices are reasonable and the work is quality. Recently the plastic bottom to my frame popped off , I didnt have an appt and just popped in. They got me in right away , got the piece secured back in place , and it only took a few minutes, no

I took my truck in to have a plow frame on. Told them I needed everything for the truck side they gave me a price and I was happy with it. When I picked my truck up I noticed they didn’t put the plow pockets on the frame. I was told those are $500 more. Very disappointed. Now I have to lay another $500 on top of the price I was told because they needed up on the price that I was given. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.
