I was on a road trip to Ohio from New York, 3 hours to go, pouring down rain, and my right side windshield wiper broke. Just right there on the highway in torrential downpour. Thankfully, Jr Peters auto shop was 5 minutes off the highway. He immediately stopped what he was doing to check it out, while calling every single place in an hour and a half radius for the part. Nobody had it, but he managed to rig it beautifully and quickly (apparently the mechanic I used previously, just a week ago to fix this same wiper, did some poor work and it’s not an easy fix) , using what was available, and I

Dropped my truck off for an inspection. It sat there untouched for over a week. Multiple attempts to call were unanswered.
