Keanan was very responsive. I called on a Sunday and he was able to come out early Monday afternoon. I received a free estimate within 24 hours. I received four quotes and his was reasonable given the others I received. I DID NOT choose them for my project because Keanan acted as though I had the plague (during COVID-19 so I understood slightly) but he never contacted me further to discuss options or ask if I had questions. He never told me he was leaving or discussing what he found during his inspection. Otherwise, I do not know how well he would have completed the project.
