In 2010 we had a new roof installed by this company. We loved it and the service we received at that time. A few years ago we had them come back to place vents in the roof because we did not want to use an attic fan anymore. The installer should have cut an approximately 24 inch vent, but he only cut about and 8 inch vent. He was picking up his tools and my husband went in the attic to look at his finished work. He noticed one vent was about 8 inches when it should have been closer to 24 inches. My husband made the installer resize the vent hole to its correct dimension. In 2020 we had CK

CK Builders just did a major remodel on our main floor including the kitchen, bathrooms. They opened up a doorway to make the main floor more open concept (even put a support beam) Added great touches like canned lighting, under the counter lighting and a beautiful fan. We love the results! They were very responsive and we really enjoyed having them work in our home. I would highly recommend them!

I really am happy with CK Builders. Chad is great to work with and willing to think through projects with me and offer reasonable ideas when customizing is applicable. They have provided very high quality work for me including a remodeled kitchen and mudroom, new roof and exterior paint. I highly recommend them.

I have used CK Builders for several projects, including a Metro steel roof at my previous home and remodeling of my previous and current homes. I return to them for service because I know that the job will be done correctly and my expectations are never let down.
