Liberty Point Apartments

I really wanted to like this place, but my husband and I have not had a great experience. When we first moved here they had roaches everywhere.As soon as we signed our lease we were told our apartment had a bit of a bug problem and would not tell us what kind of bugs.They were fully aware because we found roach bombs in our bathroom. Also, it's normal to have loud neighbors but our neighbors really take the cake. They have a child that runs around all day..I'm talking as early as 5:30am. We hear all sorts of banging, and loud thumps throughout the night and super early in the morning. I work from

And this place….. is absolutely disgusting!
My fiancé lived in apartment 2A of prince Edward dr, it was nice at first but than came the ROACHES!, the rude staff, and the terrible management.
Nothing ever worked in the apartment, they had so issues and when he reported them, they just turned it on them!
And right before they moved one of the Caucasian maintenance man tried to get in his car, I even recorded him banging on the window and pulling on the door handles! Yet they did nothing about this and

I've lived at Liberty Pointe Apartments for two years. My experience with management and staff have been nothing but positive. Management here is very knowledgeable, hard working and fair. Nancy Anderson is an awesome leasing consultant, she took me through every little step I needed to purchase the apartment with no questions asked ,and I love the place , Good Job!!!

Nancy and the staff is amazing. Nancy went out of her way to make a video of the apartment for me because I couldn't go see it in person. She was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend them

My husband and I lived here for just a few months because we needed a furnished apt until our house closing. It was a really great scenario for us and an easy to process to move in and out of. Nancy was especially helpful to us during our whole stay and so nice to work with! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality, safe and clean complex.

I wanna say that I’ve been living with liberty point going on a 3 year and I absolutely love the convenience of where I live. Most importantly I love the staff witch makes all the difference in the world. Nancy an Allie are amazing to work with that really care about the tenants any issues they are on it. The apartments are extremely spacious & the staff is super responsive to all your needs. Many amenities are included with rent including a fitness center, tanning bed, pool, and fun monthly activities. The area makes me feel safe when I walk my dog at night as the area is well lit.

My personal experience with Allie and Nancy has always been very pleasant. They are both very helpful and make sure whatever is needed it gets done right away. I love my apartment and will continue living at Liberty pointe. Liberty Pointe has two great people, Allie and Nancy who both makes our home safe and happy!!

Lived here from 2016-2019, moved out of state and when my husband and I decided to move back to NC we knew we would be returning to Liberty Pointe. Management and maintenance are great. I feel safe going for walks with my kids and going for my runs at any time of the day. My family and I are really pleased living here.

I came from Jersey and moved to one of the nicest establishments I’ve ever seen. The surrounding area is just as nice as the inside of my apartment. I like the fact that it’s a gated community and that they take pride on the upkeep around here. As well as the staff and neighbors being very hospitable. I’m glad I call this my new home. I really liked the staff in the front office and the maintenance staff was very responsive. They sprayed for insects regularly and were on point on all in apartment maintenance requests. They were always attentive, kind, and looked out for me when needed. I loved the apartment, it was three bedroom and three bath and was extremely large and… relatively inexpensive compared to what I pay for in Washington, D.C. My husband and I have been here almost a year now and the stay hasn’t been bad at all. I love how spacious my 2/2 is in comparison to other apartment places and the maintenance here is exceptional. I literally request something to be looked at and they’re here that very same day. Ryan is very helpful and informative

By far the most spacious apartments I've ever been in (and the only one offering 4 bedrooms 😃)! Extremely child friendly (my kids love it here and have made many new friends) the staff is very respectful and… knowledgeable! If any concerns are brought to their attention they try their best to resolve the issue as quickly as time allows!!!! My family loves being able to use the awesome amenities especially the pool lol!!! Also, the property is within walking distance to the grocery store which is a plus for me! I'm very proud of my home here and I'm certain that you and your family

I don’t live here, but my son and his family does. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. It’s very clean and the Unites are updated and very roomie. I love the pool and play ground that my grandchildren get to play in and on. If anyone is looking for a nice place to live, please look into Liberty Pointe first, you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for a nice apartment Liberty pointe is definitely the place to be. We moved in July and already miss it so much the staff is also amazing! Maintenance is always very quick with getting to an issue you’re having. The apartments are a bit expensive, but it’s an amazing place to live!
