I lived here for little less than a year and saw 3 property managers. The first was super friendly the second couldn’t care less about the residents but the 3rd was AMAZING! Von was super effective and efficient. She got things done in a timely manner and was very honest about the priorities the maintenance team was dealing with. Amanda and the other young lady in the office were very polite and friendly and stepped in when Von wasn’t available. CJ the new maintenance manager was very responsive and communicating with was very easy and transparent. The property is not without its flaws however

I’ve reached out multiple time over the past couple weeks about questions that I’ve had the leasing person said that the manger would call me back with no response back. I actually got ahold of the manger one time an then she also said that she would call me back an never did. This place has a huge issue with pest they don’t have any pest control for outside so all the insects come inside. The air filters that or required for the ac they want you to pay for them they refuse to supply the residence with them when they need to be changed. This apartment complex also has an issue with down stairs

Absolutely amazing. Alyssa and Amanda were so amazing in helping us find our first home. Any time we had questions or issues they were so quick to help us out. Our neighbors in our building were so sweet and they truly know how to take care of their tenants. My son signed a year lease on a one bedroom apartment. To begin, the apartment was never cleaned when he moved in. Myself and his sister went in and helped him clean his apartment before moving in. The dishwasher does not work. The garbage disposal does not work. Anytime it rains a pool of water is in his living room and bedroom. It is now 5 months into his lease.
