Robert R. Morris began offering a wide range of legal services in Florida in 1987. He maintained his office in the Western Communities of Palm Beach since 1989. In 2012, Bob's son-in-law, Les C. Shields joined the firm and in 2014, MORRIS & SHIELDS, Attorneys at Law was formed.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, a Florida resident since 1989, admitted to the Florida Bar, 1993; Education: Middle Tennessee State University (BS in Management/Marketing 1983, MBA 1985), Nova-Southeastern University - Law Review, Moot Court, Top 15% of Class (J.D., 1993).

Mr. Shields has worked as in-house counsel for First Oak Brook Insurance Company, has 10 years of experience representing insurance companies, and 4 years of experience representing both lenders and homeowners in mortgage foreclosure actions.He has represented residential and commercial builders, realtors and nursing homes, as well as individuals suing their condominium associations to enforce their rights.
