Today, Phil still works for public television and many other nonprofits as an attorney with a deep knowledge of nonprofit law, an area he loves best along with emerging companies. He also concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, entertainment and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and employment.

When one of the biggest land deals in Palm Beach County took place, one of the attorneys was Michael Sim who helped close the $127.5 million sale of the 607-acre Briger tract in Palm Beach Gardens.
