Went here based on the reviews and man was that a mistake. Every appointment we had they were way late for even though they were supposedly the first appointments in the morning. If you expect them to be anywhere near on time good luck. Now with Covid you have to call in when you get there which is fine but they leave their phone line off so you cant call in. At 0730, when their lobby opened, we began calling and no one answered and their recording advised it was after hours. We saw staff coming and going from the building the

I took my perfectly healthy two year old cat to be fixed and ten days later I had to put her down due to distemper. How does a healthy cat upon checkup die from distemper? Apparently I was told distemper lies… dormant until something traumatic happens to them like being fixed. No. That’s not how distemper works, I’m not an idiot. They placed my cat next to a sick cat or their operating table was not sanitized correctly. I have three cats, all have been fixed before being vaccinated with NO problem. All of the sudden my healthy two year old cat dies from a routine surgery. Before
