Incredible wonderful staff other veterinarians around the nation need to take notice and follow suit of what All Creatures Animal Hospital does in fees and treatment of their customers I cannot say enough good things about All Creatures Animal Hospital they saved my precious Chantel who had cancer and added two and a half years to her life the surgery anywhere else would have been thousands of dollars that all creatures it was $200 thank you to everyone at all creatures.

I waited in the lobby for 4+ hours while my dog was whaling in pain. The staff continued to “squeeze” people ahead of while my dog was in consistent and terrible pain. The staff kept pushing me aside as other patients were seen. If I could I would give zero or negative stars. It hurt just sitting here while my dog was in pain with no relief. 4 paws down.

Thanks to all creatures doing a botch job tying my dogs tubes. She now needs an expensive hernia surgery. That costs well over a 1000 dollars and will cause me to miss work. Not to mention the suffering my poor dog is and will be put through. Disgusted. DISAPPOINTED. NOT TO MENTION CLINIC IS NOT CLEAN.

Awesome place to take your pet everyone I know for there never hear 1 bad word about all creatures they saved my dog's life couple weeks ago and I definitely appreciate it.it's extremely busy place to have to go that's because everyone knows they actually care for the animals and the people they help thank all creatures again for helping my boy Duke :)

This is the best and affordable place to take your pets and they really care about your pets too. They have the most caring people who work there. I have an appointment for my dog on Wednesday and I know that they will take the best care of him. They are very busy and the reason they are is because they are the best! Thank you so much for taking care of my dogs! I appreciate all of you who work there so much. Xo

Abysmal customer service. We have taken several of our animals to All Creatures for over 10 years and they used to be extremely professional and quick. In the past 4 years they have become utterly terrible at communication and constantly and consistently overbook themselves. It’s very normal to have to wait several hours after your scheduled time before they take your animal in whatsoever. They have handled this pandemic very poorly and have little respect for animals in pain or discomfort.
