A: While we do welcome walk-ins at anytime, in order to receive the best service and full attention of our consultants we recommend scheduling an appointment. A: You can bring pictures of dresses you have seen on our website, in magazines, on social media, or that you've tried on elsewhere. We also suggest that you bring nude or white undergarments and shoes at the desired height you wish to have at your wedding.

I decided to make an appointment here last minute since I had seen plenty of great reviews and lovely photos of their beautiful dresses and thought I'd give it a shot. It was the first and only appointment I made this far and in all honesty I feel as though I hit gold. The options were broad and of all price range, I was immediately helped by the owner and was so impressed at the way she accommodated not only my price range but the style I was going for. She had great suggestions and a very kind and helpful demeanor. I can tell she truly does what she loves and cares about all of her customers

I walked in on a Saturday to look for my wedding dress. Alejandra greeted me and helped me select the perfect dress. We discussed what I was looking for and a dress that would compliment my daughter's follow girl dresses. She was absolutely wonderful and I fell in love with the first dress she picked out. The ladies at this shop were wonderful in helping me explore my options, particularly the stylist that helped me. Taj was incredibly helpful, and gave me all kinds of different things to try that I never thought I would've liked. I didn't end up buying at this store, because I found my dream dress elsewhere, but the customer service at this store was still amazing, and still deserved a 5 star review. Mayfair Bridal will be on the short list of shops I recommend to people in the San Antonio area for sure!

The staff was very nice but the selection of lace dresses were limited in my opinion. Bride to be wS not able to find the dress she was looking for here. Also the place is small and stuffed with dresses and the fitting area is small so you try your dress on in front of everyone. It didn't feel very bridal or elegant but the staff was very nice and helpful

Mayfair was the only store in SA who could get my dress in and altered in time for my wedding. By choice we planned our wedding in only 3 months and Mayfair had my dress ready early! They also ordered and altered my moms dress. They have a simple rate for all alterations needed which really helped my budget. This style of dress is rare so I was ecstatic when they told me they could order and have it delivered in time. They made several alterations to my dress to be very form fitting to my body. I was still able to move and dance freely. This is very hard to accomplish since my dress was crepe material

I had a great experience at Mayfair Bridal. The staff was amazing, especially Yazmin. Yazmin was very attentive and gave good input on the dresses. Everyone wore a mask and kept their distance during the appointment. There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from, which made for a very tough decision. I knew as soon as I put my dress on that it was the one! I highly recommend this bridal salon.

We went to another place first and the bride to be left disappointed because lady didn't seem like she wanted to help us find a dress. I then called Mayfair Bridal because many years ago I got my dress there. We walked got a warm kind greeting. We were asked what we had in mind and they found several dresses we like and one we loved. Bride was laughing and had a great time and that meant everything to me. Loved them, loved the kindness, loved everyone's help and attitudes.

These ladies were so kind and helped me find the perfect dress! They stayed in my budget and were very positive and encouraging when trying on all the dresses. They offer the alterations in house so you know you can get the whole in one stop! I am getting married in three weeks and they were more than happy to accommodate even in a small time frame! I purchased my wedding dress here! I went alone to try on dresses when I came here, and the assistant was so sweet & great at picking out options to best suit my body type. She made me feel so comfortable, and even took photos of each dress for me to show friends/family who were unable to attend that day. Store is a little small, but they do have a great selection there! My only complaint is they were priced a little higher priced than another bridal shop, and they measured me for my dress length, but the dress arrived a little too short. Still would recommend them. I stepped into Mayfair Bridal two weeks before walking down the aisle, with a horribly tailored wedding dress sitting in a alteration shop. On the verge of tears, I explained my situation to the women who were working. They reassured me, my concerns, and asked some questions about what my vision was. I went to 5 other stores looking for a dress and hadn’t found a single one I even considered. The one I ended up buying would have been a quick no if it weren’t for Anjelica’s recommendation to trim the top lace. It transformed the dress into exactly what I wanted! 😍

Mayfair Bridal was my first stop in dress shopping. Unless a dress was just screaming my name I was planning to go to other appointments before making a decision. I came in with a vague idea of what I thought I wanted, and Trish started me off with those. She was paying attention the whole time and asked what I liked/didn't like about each dress. This boutique has so many different styles for all shapes and sizes! I was shocked by how many gowns they have. They offer everything in house, including alterations, pressing, veils, jewelry, and shoes. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and they will take time to find the perfect dress for you!

I recently got married and I got my dress from Mayfair bridal they were really helpful and really nice The only thing is the price was a little on the expensive side I had to order lace separately from my dress that turned out they didn't even use but still charge me for it and that's not including the alterations on top of that this is where it got expensive, the price for the dress that I paid for I could understand because it's a wedding dress I expected to spend about that amount for the dress but any additional's or anything that I needed to do to it it was really up there

To be honest, the inside nearly deterred me when I walked in- a face lift is desperately needed. However, they really had a great selection of gowns (and that's really all I was there for!) at pretty decent prices.
The associate helping me was absolutely the sweetest but there was defiantly a language barrier. I'm top notch in conversational Spanish, but it was difficult navigating the shelves of a bridal store. At the end of the day I ended up saying yes to the dress at Mayfair Bridal! It's been about a month since I purchased it and I can't wait until September to see it

I found them by searching a designers site, and I am so glad I did!! Trish asked me to show her some gowns that I had previously tried on and she pulled several gowns from there. The first one I tried on I loved but it wasn't 100% what I wanted. I tried on a couple more then she went out one last time and found the one!! It's perfect! She was so sweet and made me feel great in all of the dresses. Trish was my favorite consultant to work with (went to two other bridal salons before ending here)!!

Hands down best bridal shop in San Antonio. For myself I am not your traditional bride. I came in one day with a few pictures of what I wanted and the two ladies helping me dove in the sea of tulle and beaded dresses and found me a dress I fell in love with. I purchased my gown in Austin, and wish I bought it from Mayfair! I was so in love with my gown, but the customer service I received in a major Austin boutique was incredibly lackluster and pretty disappointing for what this experience should be.
Anyway! I was given a recommendation of a not so well reviewed place for alterations by said Austin bridal shop, only to do my own research and find that Mayfair sounded well worth the hour drive.

I had an appointment here last weekend and it was a great experience! Theresa was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and great to laugh with. I tried on dresses that were beautiful but had details I was not in love with and she understood all my strange comments and requests (which is a miracle-as my feedback on dresses ranged from laughter when I saw myself in the mirror, to things like 'this front part looks like wings' and 'the fabric needs to be stiffer'). If it weren't for falling in love with another dress at another boutique, I would 100% of bought here just for the customer service they provided. Teresa was great! I walked in almost 45 minutes early to my appointment expecting to wait but she immediately greeted me with a smile and went right to work with me hunting for a dress. She listened to my wants and style and even gave me some options that were similar to my style but a different brand than I thought I would like.
