My wife and I recently had Kevin Tillson prepare a revocable living trust for each of us along with all associated leagal instruments such as durable power of attorney , will, funeral instructions, and advanced health care directive. Kevin was very knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout the entire process despite our many questions. We were particularly impressed with the fact that this comprehensive estate planning package was provided for a fixed fee. Kevin was our probate for a very long, complicated and messy case. He came in for us about 18 months into the probate case after we had been having a HORRIBLE experience with the first lawyer. He never took more than 24 hours to get back to me and always answered all my questions. He pricing is very good for how good he is! Frankly he could get away with charging more. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone! We could not have finished probate without him.
