After my house painter found multiple spots where my roof was leaking I call several roofing companies. Some were a little cheaper some were not, but the level of service from Brent Rainer from the initial estimate to working with my insurance to the finished product was beyond reproach. My wife and I’s representative from Brian Elder Roofing was Wesley Terry. We had a long road dealing with the insurance company but Wesley always made sure we had everything in place. After about 5 months going back and forth with insurance they finally got us a full replacement. Doing business with Brian Elder roofing was a joy! Brent Rainer, Project Manager, made what I thought would be a stressful situation, something that I didn't have to think about. I was switching from an insurance provider that I had been with for a long time to a new provider. Checked Home Advisor for roofing estimates. This company quickly got in touch, set up an appointment for 9a Monday, and arrived EXACTLY at 9a. Mr. W. Terry was our specialist. He wore a mask, was very courteous, and explained everything clearly. Within minutes after he left, a follow-up communication call was transacted and another person came to mark the roof. We had storm damage from last year that we had previously tried having repaired by other roofing companies, but the leaks kept coming back. We decided to replace the entire roof and called Brian Elder Roofing. From the initial call to the in-house consultation, to the work itself, through to following up, we had a great experience with them. The work looks great and haven't had any issues since. I contacted Brian Elder Roofing to report water coming in through the roof around the chimney. His office sent a sub-contractor out to perform the repairs. After two unsuccessful attempts to correct the problem the guy pulled a no-show on me and stopped returning my calls. I've since contacted another company. Nothing like paying twice to solve one problem. When it comes time to replace my roof this outfit will not be one of the bidders.

Nifty you listen to their Ad on the radio, Brian Elder talks about fixing a leaky roof but the funny thing is when you call the lady on the phone will take your info and tell you it may take a couple days for a call back from someone who will setup an appointment. So I guess a leaking roof is not a big deal ! Now a week has went by and still no call, I'm guessing they really only want to do a complete roof and no repairs.
