I spoke with the Don (Owner) in regards of getting some tile work done for the laundry room. He was a such a nice person and very humble. He informed me that he would passed my information on to his colleague Daniel; within a few days (due to the Holidays) I received a phone call. I explained to Daniel what I wanted to have done and I was scheduled. This company is very accommodating. Daniel stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish, ensuring that everything was going well. The crew finished on time and did a GREAT job. Nearly a year ago, we started work with a different contractor to finish our bonus-room. After a number of cost-overruns, missed-deadlines, constant excuses and questionable workmanship, we fired the contractor.
We were left with the nightmare of a partially completed bonus-room that needed a lot of work to try and get back on track. We then started looking for other contractors to finish the job. We had many recommendations and leads for a different contractor, however most would not return our calls. Those contractors that did bid seemed that their bids were entirely too high.
