I couldn't be happier with critter care or with Dr. Plummer. After having a very negative experience with a vet in the area, I brought my cat here when he was very ill. While he ultimately wasn't going to have a good outcome, Dr. Plummer and her staff went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us and were so kind and understanding. This is definitely the vet I'll be taking other pets to and recommending to everyone I know.

Price is very reasonable for neutering $350-390 depending on weight. I got my dog neutered and it was a simple drop off at around 7-8 and pick up in the evening. The Dr is very kind and gives a personal call when the surgery is over with comment to call if any further question. Highly recommend! My new go to vet!

Omg this place is amazing !! The staff were sooooo good and sweet ! I’ve been to 3 other vets and no one has been able to trim my baby’s nails as he turns super aggressive when his feet are touched! But we got it done here ! Safe to say this is his new vet ! 😍😍

I have been taking my little girl, Journee to the doggy daycare for almost a year. She loves going here and gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. They all know her and everyone is super friendly. They also helped us when her allergies acted up. I also have them trim her nails.

Dr Plummer and staff are caring and compassionate. Dr Plumber has treated my fue babies since 2004 when I moved to Sugar Land. Dr Plummer is always available if you have concerns.

Extremely bad customer service from their absolutely horrible receptionist to their vet Assistants and the owner. They do not call you back with status of your pets. Upon picking up my 2 schnauzers from their boarding facility I have just found out they both have kennel cough, lepto and are severely dehydrated and undernourished. Best veterinarian office we've ever been to. and we have moved around a lot. dr plummer and critter care staff actually care about your pets like if they were their own pets. i trust no other vet and would make the 20 mile drive just to make sure my pet is taken care of by critter care. we have never been disappointed and the results are in all our pets health.

Know one knows Bulldogs like Dr. Plummer.  We first came to Dr. Plummer because she was highly recommended for her expertise with brachycephalic breeds and her use of surgical lasers.

Have been using Critter Care for years. Mostly just for wellness checks/ vaccines/ etc. However, my dog Shadow developed a skin infection that worsened rapidly and he received great treatment. They even immediately gave us a second visit because I thought he was not getting better (after 36 hours) and I was reassured that he would continue to get better if we continued the prescribed regimen of treatment. And he did! Would highly recommend.

Took my Dane for her annual check-up and vaccinations. We also requested some adaptil for the 4th of July. It kind of works. We still have to stay up until all the fireworks are finished. Ridiculous! Overpriced! $543 for spay and lab work. Never will go back. Procedures are still the same with just as skilled professionals elsewhere! The receptionist had the nerve to clap/ snap back at my objections and say I " should keep in mind that they may do it ' right' at other place JUST because it is less expensive!" My 1st visit was awesome. They treated my fur baby so well. It was worth the 1 hour drive.

Wonderful doctors and extremely caring staff. I foster for All Texas Dachshund Rescue and this clinic is terrific. One of my fosters needs fluids 3 times each week. I am terrified of needles. They took the time to show me what to do and told me to come back any time to have them help if need be. Sadie and I have our routine down thanks to the caring techs. I could not do this on my own without their encouragement and concern.

My 4-year-old miniature poodle was acting strange for a few days. We have had him for about 8 months now and he has never had any issues. For months, we had been to other local, highly-rated vets, for help for Kuhlua, our 10 yr old Labradoodle who had developed an unexplained painful hindquarter limp. After 4 months of Xrays, misdiagnoses, dieting and even an operation, we finally were blessed to see Dr. Plummer. She immediately diagnosed that Kahlua had a torn CCL and lovingly treated our baby with the Prozone technique which includes Neural therapy, Prolotherapy and Ozone therapy. We love Critter Care! All the ladies up front are always so nice and just love on Rex when he's there. They are great answering any emails and always there for your pet. We love Dr. Plummer and drive out 30 minutes just to have the best care for our bulldog.

I live near downtown Houston and I could go to any of the veterinarians in my area because there are plenty. I choose to take our pup to see Dr. Plummer and any of the staff at Critter Care. Their hospital is about 18 miles from me which is about 35 mins on a good traffic day. We have been going there about 3 years Now if we ever have an emergency of course I will take our baby some place closer. It doesn't matter how many times I would call to check on our pup, the staff was always very helpful and polite. Thanks for the great service.

I love Critter Care! Doctor Plummer is the best and really cares about my fur babies (English Bulldogs). Everyone has a great attitude and is very friendly. I have been bringing my dogs to Critter Care since 2011 and have never had an issue.

We used to bring our standard poodle here for veterinary care, but now we moved farther away so we switched. I have only positive things to say about Critter Care!

The vets, including Dr. Plummer and Dr. Carvin, have always been courteous and thorough, and the technicians are also wonderful. We even had Maddie's first dental cleaning experience under anesthesia. She came out of it just fine, and her teeth were in much better shape afterward.
