Was here on the 2nd and overall it was a good experience but there was a dog that was gushing alot of blood out (maybe in labor not sure) and I informed the staff the floor was covered in blood it was hard to walk through without being close to step in it . The staff took their sweet time getting the mop.

I came in on a Sunday and we were bringing our 14 year old bully that was very Ill. I had spoken to Gladis thru out the week which she was of great help and was very Informative about the process in case we needed to lay our family pet down. When I was able to come in I was attended by Elisa and maria that day and my experience was nothing as expected. My children were destroyed and it was a very crucial moment for my family . I needed vet service on the 31st of December and as I researched, Alief Animal Hospital was open. When I called, I was responded to immediately by a friendly lady who told me they would be available to take care of my pet.
When I got there, they remembered me and knew what I was coming for. I appreciated they friendly welcome. As this animal clinic works as first come first serve, they let me know how many patients were ahead of me so I understood they would be a wait. While waiting I saw different pets and pet owners come through with a variety of needs and they were all taken care of.

My 2 years old Sammy got spay here. The procedure was successful and her stichy healed fast. After a week, my Sammy was back to normal. I read many good and bad reviews here, but decided to give this hospital a try. I am satisfied, but I have to say that the wait is so longggg.

Don't bother with this place they make you wait hours for a simple 5 minute checkup. The simplest question causes them to be extremely rude and unprofessional

I brought my dog Casper here for a three night boarding and grooming. When I returned to pick him up he had been visibly harmed and had dried blood spots on his head. When I pointed it out to the old white woman working behind the counter she pretended like she couldn’t see it. CASPER is a white dog and the blood spots were reddish/orange!! All the staff are gentle with the different animals. Their compassion when we had to relieve our pets of their pain was admirable allowing us our last moments with them. Reasonably priced and great hours.

I have been using them for the past 20 years, 3 dogs and 4 cats in 20 years, they have been very friendly and helpful, I have never had any issues with them. I am again going to take my new cat tomorrow and the other next month to get spaded. I will definitely recommend them

So I took my cat to the vet today..and I've been there many times and man the vet lady keeps telling me,well most like pressuring me to fix my cats..I'm like ..um I want to have babies so I can have more bengal cats....she told me my cat ain't a bangel and it was some sort or related to a siamese cat but it was a mutt domestic cat..I'm like no she's not..and she's like I have a degree..I should know!..lol she fooled me..can somebody tagged her degree on here??or just tagged her to the post ..have a nice day degree lady!!.p.s I'll just take my paper work next time!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF THEY ARE NEEDING MEDICAL ATTENTION. They did not properly diagnose our dog which cost him his life yesterday. We are devastated because we trusted these doctors through our dogs illness. Last night our dog was in grave condition because of his illness that prompted us to take him to the ER at another hospital. The other hospital were able to diagnose him correctly, but unfortunately it was too late by then. Our dog died because of the misdiagnosis from this place.

I have taken all my pets to this clinic. The most recent one, was my chiwawa dog who was diagnosed with canine lymphoma. The vet referred to a specialist. I’m very thankful that the clinic was able to help me so much. Unfortunately, my baby lost his battle. The clinic helped me get his ashes back . It was very beautiful.

I brought my fur son in for grooming. I took him there because Petco recommended them because they sedate. He had an alright cut but he had a horrible cough for days. I noticed he was scratching his neck a lot to the point it was irritated and red. He has bad allergies so I just gave him Benadryl. I took him Friday, the scratching started Saturday. It was red and irritated on Sunday. I have been putting Neosporin on in since Monday. My aunt suggested to take him back to let them see it. I just got off the phone with them and they are going to CHARGE me to look at something they did! This office

Ive seen a lot of bad reviews but for the most part , I have experienced good customer service, and their prices are affordable. The vet is accommodating to your needs and answers any questions you have.

I to take my dog to the hospital, because she got ran over, oh, my God, i was waiting in the little room they assigned this in for, like, 20 minutes before anybody came, and i ended up leaving to another hospital because they just didn't come, and the staff was so rude DO NOT COME HERE!

Especially Dr.Hofstetter , he is not courteous or polite. He comes off rude and pretentious. I brought my dog in because she has stopped eating, drinking, and will not accept her medication. She needs this medication, I know this. I've tried hiding it in food, pill pockets, crushing it in food, breaking it into water and giving it through a syringe. I have been able to give my dog this medicine before for a month and some - but Dr. Hofstetter apparently believes that I'm CHOOSING to not give my dog the medicine and told my daughter

These people do not care for your pets and falsify information in their charts to cover their backs. These vets do not deserve to have their license and are killing pets left and right. My dog DIED because of their lack of urgency and the ability to diagnose properly. If you love your pets do not bring them here.

Always have what i need and always willing to help with prescriptions for my Rex, 5 stars. They are consistently busy but always get around to taking care of the customer.

Terrible customer service, need to update their hours of operation too, taken my dog here multiple times and the same problem keeps happening, so obviously they haven't figured out the problem. Take your business elsewhere if you care bout your pet

EDUARDO groomed my dog, left his face super uneven, his body is completely balled and sedated him without my consent. He looks like a cat when mind you he's a Yorkie. Now he's throwing up and doesn't let me touch him. If something happens to him I'm suing this place.

Very disappointed with the service at this vet. First of all, I called before hand to make sure we would be seen on Sunday. The receptionist who answered the phone was very nice and said they would and to call her when I was outside (Covid protocol, which is fine). What she didn't say is that I wouldn't be seen for 3 HOURS!!!! I got there at 1:15 pm and didn't leave until until 4pm. I went to get The rabies and Bordetella shot for my dog so she could go to the groomers this week.

I don't normally leave reviews much less negative reviews however my experience here made me want to write one. I came in to get a growth on my dog looked at to receive a quote for the cost of surgery. I don't know if he had a bad day but the doctor came in with an unprofessionally foul mood. He asked to see the growth and I showed it to him. With one look he stated it was a pressure growth and that it would be painful to perform surgery on it. I replied that my usual vet said the same but noted that it had grown since he last measured it. He advised me to get it removed as soon as possible
