Terrible, terrible customer service. Once we paid in full we could no longer get a hold of anyone. My stepfather died of Covid during lockdown which was difficult enough. We had to practically beg for death certificates that we had already paid for.. Now 6 months later, we still have not received what we paid for and Pam refuses to return calls or emails. A difficult time made so much more complicated by her deplorable, unprofessional behavior. We realize this has been a trying time for funeral services and have been extremely patient but despite our countless, forgiving efforts, she has chosen

They handled my mothers passing with empathy, sincerity and professionalism. It was a well taken care of service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! The flowers and arrangements were done without a hick up. My mothers commute was probably more than most so we had many from deep in Connecticut and parking was more than adequate and the establishment was easy to find off the pike.
