Maintenance emergencies will be handled with customary diligence. If you encounter an emergency maintenance problem at any time, day or night, please call the Management Office at the number listed above. Emergency service requests cover essential and critical items such as plumbing* or water intrusion throughout the apartment, no heating or air conditioning (in temperatures above 88 degrees or below 55 degrees).

I love the apartment manager and the maintenance man. Rebekah is always willing to help and she is so sweet! I will put in a maintainence request in the morning and Wilson will take care of it that same day. My fiance and I were lucky to find great apartment complex. It is right off of 377 and it's not even a 5 minute drive to the square downtown.

My husband and I lived here for 2 years, bottom floor.
Be prepared for unsupervised children that will knock over things on your patio (you'll be told to remove your items from YOUR patio), scream within 2 feet of your windows, harass you for money, climb on your a/c units, leave their toys in front of your apartment, and even try to sneak in to your apartment (Yes, an uninvited child opened my door and walked in). Management didn't do anything, after multiple complaints. All of which I have documented, and have several photos.

Lakeside Apartments are the ones to go to, the manager is always welcoming and understanding. You always feel safe and no one ever bothers you. The rooms are big but also cozy. The best thing that I like is the pool and gym. The people are welcome and understand that this is your home so they don't get to loud or mess with what is yours. There's kids and pets always running around outside, so there is happyness all around.
