We tried to live in this apartment complex. But after calling multiple times and never receiving calls back we decided to back out of our lease. Basically I feel like we were tricked for a security deposit that we didn't receive back btw. Who would want to live in an apartment complex that never answers your phone calls before you even live there? I feel like you should be extremely responsive during that time especially when a person is relying on everything to go smoothly in that process and receive reassurance. Very negative experience so I would think twice before wasting your time.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is manipulative and deceptive. They will get your attention and have you move in. Then like the snakes they are, they will not fix issues that you have reported (light switch shocking you when you flip it, my son got shocked and that was the final straw), they won’t even I hold up their end of the lease agreement, and when confronted and told they are in breach of contract they will pile so many bs fees and then tell you. “We can no longer communicate with you, please contact corporate for anything further”

I relocated, in a very short time, to Granbury for work (property management no less) and finding an apartment is always difficult especially from several states away. The Lakehouse staff was able to walk me through all floorplans over the phone with ease and provide an excellent description of the property. When I finally made it to the property every part was absolutely beautiful and the entire staff was so friendly. I viewed my apartment, which had just received a renovation, and it was perfect! The maintenance team here did everything so well and I could not be happier and they are always around

Lived here for two years & loved every minute. Never had any problems. The Bridge layout is gorgeous & perfect for two. I moved to the Yacht for more room & loved it. Lakefront views are amazing. Campus grounds are well taken care of. Sandy the Manager is an awesome lady, helped us tremendously in our search for the right apt. Real family atmosphere. Kid & pet friendly.

We are well pleased with the Management team at Lakehouse. They are always concerned with the residents and their needs. Sometimes slow on projects due to the construction activity but understanding and appreciated. Love the new design and layout of the Clubhouse. More open and no TV. Gives a more plush appearance along with good home cooked snacks and coffee in the morning.

I have lived in this complex for 8 months and have been tremendously please with my experience. I adore my apartment, access to the lake is wonderful, and the staff are incredibly accommodating. Sandra and Casey, both, work tirelessly to insure that any and all needs are being met, and any problem is swiftly remedied. I highly recommend the Lakehouse.

Don't expect your deposit back. This place used to be called The Reserve which had 5 stars and was voted one of the best apartments to live in in Granbury but is now under new ownership. Ever since then it has been all about the money and that's all they care about. We were very careful to keep the apartment clean and almost near how it was when we moved in since we wanted most if not all our deposit back. However, when we moved out the office made up stories of machine malfunctions, dirty carpet and broken blinds so we ended up with none of our deposit back.
