A huge thank you to Wits Realty. From start to finish the team kept us informed of the progress and the process. Sam and Eric hit the ground running and gave us several suggestions to allow us to maximize our sale. Staging was a great recommendation to maximize our sale. The team in the office kept the process moving, including the closing. We would highly recommend the Wits Realty Team. As a landlord, working with Wits Property Management was an absolute disaster. I would give them 0 stars if I could. In their time managing my properties, they managed to:
-Burst a pipe despite clear verbal and email communication that a heaters must be turned on.
-Let a unit sit vacant for 7 months and another unit sit vacant for 6+ months until I fired them. I never had any vacancy last more than 1 month previous to hiring Wits.
-Extremely poor communication with tenants leading them to contact me directly (I don't blame the tenants, Wits just kept giving them the run around)
-Wits failed

This was my wife and my second time buying a house, but our first time selling a house. We had a lot of questions about the process of concurrently buying and selling, and our Wits agent, Braden Dickie, was *phenomenal* to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and was patient answering all of our questions, had the right connections in terms of financing, insurance, etc, and made the process as hands off for us as possible. I feel like he helped us maximize the sale price on our old house, and helped us land our dream house! We couldn’t have done it without him, and I would highly recommend

Ally Strycharske is an excellent realtor. From beginning to end she helped me, as a first-time homebuyer, navigate the process. Sam and Eric were really helpful in the home buying process. They both have a solid grasp of the market, property value etc. The thing that made them great to work with were the extra measures they took to educate me. Sam was awesome at scheduling showings and explaining the different risks or benefits to the homes we saw.
They also spent time listening to my “dream” and helped me to find the most realistic and feasible option… without blowing my budget. Eric was especially helpful talking me through the first time home buying jitters.

Absolutely incredible team to work with. Sam and Eric were so good about listening to what our desires were in a house and then showing us places that met those desires, and as we gave feedback at places they listened and really searched for what we were looking for. And they weren’t afraid to point out what they thought were problem points at properties which really had us feeling like they were really looking out for us vs. just trying to sell a house. Wits Realty is such an AMAZING company! Eric Beise and Sam Andrews helped us buy our first home which as first time home buyers can be crazy and stressful. But they both made the whole entire process a great experience for our family! Then when it came time to sell our home we knew that we wanted to work with them again because they are just that awesome at what they do and more and they truly come alongside you throughout the whole process!
