I grew up in the rural area of Nowthen, Minnesota. Nowthen is a small community with mostly acreage lots, several hobby farms and people who love horses. My wife and I currently reside in Nowthen, just West of St. Francis on a home in the countryside with some acreage. I don't have horses, but I do plant some food plots for Deer and other wildlife.

Casey always went the extra mile; whether it was 7AM or 11PM or when he was on vacation! He always answered my calls and texts and even answered the same questions over and over again for me so I could feel confident in my decisions. He was receptive to the price I wanted to sell my old house at. He stood by my terms when the new buyer challenged. With the process of buying a new house he was willing to give me honest advice when my head was in clouds. He was real. He was more than just a realtor throughout this process. Casey is a diligent, honest and thorough realtor. He made the sale of our home smooth and painless from his end and smoothed the way with advice and suggestions in areas of moving that are outside his scope of duties. We sold an older home with all the things that go with that such as working with inspection, how to fix items that needed to be brought up to code including helping us work through a possible issue with our septic. Moving is stressful and Casey removed much of that stress because we knew we could depend on his experience and knowledge. We highly recommend Casey for your home selling

Casey has helped my husband and I with the purchase of two homes and the sale of one. Casey is absolutely amazing! I am not easy to please and have no patience... with that being said he listened to what I was looking for in a house from location, land and size. He went above and beyond to measure distance between neighbors and was available whenever I was for showings. We visited 31 houses and put in 3 offers! That is not including the multiple houses I asked questions about and had him research different things.
