They were able to make my order of 33 shirts within a short notice and accommodated every change that was needed without hesitation. If I could give this business 10 stars I genuinely would! The product is great but you guys should change the hours that you open! I am here since 10 am waiting for you to open the store because that is the hour that you have on your website and google. And Am pretty sure you open at 11 am now that I am still waiting for your store to open!

Forget about customer service if you plan on doing business at the store. Picked up some shirts that were printed incorrectly and there was no way of the employees admitting they had made a mistake.

I ordered a number of shirts for the school club I run through Danny from Off The Wall, and he was fantastic from start to finish. The design was adorable, and the price was much lower than I expected. He was very accommodating of my school's strict invoicing requirements, and got everything to me on time. I'll happily use them again next year!

Two shirts arrived in the mail the other day and I LOVE them! Great shirt quality- nice womens cut and the fabric is soft. The print is absolutely perfect on both shirts and the color really pops. Very well designed.

Great and professional customer service! They were very communicative throughout the entire process from design to pickup. They have a seamless online portal where you can see and approve the final proof and pricing before payment. Owners are always there to greet you and make sure that you leave happy with your product - their shirts are super soft! Thanks OTWP!!

I use to live by this company until they decide to constantly change their prices. I went into the store on a Saturday and one of their employees showed me their new pricing. The pricing show a $10 jump from their smallest canvas to an additional $5 increase for each size up. When I spoke to management they quickly changed the pricing again and said that what they have now is the current pricing. I paid for a 16x20 for $45 to be told on Saturday that is was $50 then the manager said no it’s $60. I use to be a huge advocate for this small local business until this started happening. I am small

The print shop is very welcoming and I especially love that they are local. I can get all my shirts and sticker printing here before one of the many events I attend for my artwork and everyone always love the print products I purchase through them. Great service, would definitely recommend and will definitely return!
