Very quick and personable responses regarding my quote, decent prices, and more than willing to discuss details like materials. I had a bachi (special pick for a Japanese banjo-type instrument) printed from a design uploaded to Thingiverse, and the folks here were very thorough in researching the file and finding out what the best material for the job would be and telling me the options. Once we’d decided the material, they printed it almost immediately and shipped it to me (in Ormond Beach) and it arrived barely two days later, if that.
