I am a general contractor that does residential remodeling and used this firm for the mandatory conversion from well to municipal water. This firm was very communicative about the timeframe, set up the appointments and showed up on time for the estimate and service. They were respectful of our home and did a good job of protecting flooring from the entry door to the work area and cleaned up after themselves very well. The quality of work they did was also indicative of people that take pride in their trade.

Our neighborhood is involved in the Wolverine PFAS well contamination. McDonald Plumbing connected municipal water from the newly installed hydrant to our home.
The team did an excellent job. All the guys on the crew were timely, professional, friendly, thorough, explained everything as they progressed and answered all our questions.
The job site outdoors was repaired and cleaned up as well as they could. Inside the house, rugs were placed in all walk through areas and the guys were very respectful and fast.
We have had no issues with our installation and would highly recommend McDonald Plumbing

I recently reached out to McDonald Plumbing with the heavy rain that fell for about a week straight. I came to find out our sump pump failed and we had about an inch of standing water in our basement. With it still down pouring we knew we had to act quickly. From the moment I called McDonald, the representative we spoke with was sympathetic and gathered basic info to get to a team leader on the phone immediately (stayed on the phone with me while transferring).
