I spent many years working in a chair in a software job. I know the dangers of sitting and living with work stress and life stress. Now I work to relieve pain and stress for my clients. My fiancé had a lot of back pain specially around his QL. Ellen was able to schedule him in same day. Upon arriving he had quick consultation with Ellen about the condition of his back. Ellen was able to relieve most of his pain and he was able to get on with the rest of his day.
She provided insight into how he should go about treating his back in the future and recommended a strength training routine as well as weekly visits to a massage therapist to prevent more scar tissue from forming.
Ellen was very professional and her workspace was very clean. She also adds aroma therapy to her healing

Ellen has great skill, attention to anatomical detail & is obviously very caring & intuitive. I've had lots of massages over 40+ years, always needed for over-exertion during my manual labor outdoors. In this case, Ellen resolved a knot under my scapula that has historically been painful to dissolve and/or required more than one visit. Ellen's healing hands melted it away with absolutely no pain during or after the massage! I suggest taking advantage of her gifts with a 75 or 90-minute session. SO WORTH IT!

This was the best massage I have ever had! Ellen is absolutely incredible. After filling out new client paperwork, Ellen took the time to go over and ask questions about any areas with pain and get to know a little bit about what I was looking for. The massage room is cozy with soft music and ocean wave sounds (perfect to get in the relaxation mode) and let me tell ya--she has hands of magic! She took her time, it was not rushed, and it totally put me into another level of relaxation. I came in with some neck pain and a headache (from sleeping awkwardly) and she incorporated some craniosacral therapy

Ellen is absolutely fantastic. She is personable and really tends to your needs. I went in with a headache and left without one. She talked with me before the massage to figure out where I needed the most work. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and it was so relaxing. I was able to get an appointment with her within a week, too! I highly recommend Ellen!

Had a great massage with Ellen yesterday. She was very intuitive and listened carefully. She worked on my problem areas. I liked that she wasn't talkative, but only talked when necessary. She wasn't cold, she was very friendly though. I found her table to be very comfortable and I liked the use of white noise (water sound) in the room. I loved that at the end she had me inhale some essential oils, which was relaxing. I would definitely return and will totally recommend her to others.

I've known Ellen for well over 20 years as we worked together in the tech industry in the 90's. It's been wonderful to see her transition her career to a more high-touch and compassionate endeavor and even more wonderful to experience her talents! Ellen has a natural ability to connect with what is going on with your body and give you a relaxing and healing massage. I decided to treat myself to a massage by Ellen and have been going weekly ever since. She is quiet, intuitive and skilled when it comes to knowing what areas to focus on during each session.
