Services
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 27 years and have enjoyed every moment. Trager bodywork was the first modality I learned in 1990. In 1997 I incorporated traditional massage, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stones with my Trager work. I have worked with chiropractors, in salons such as Yamaguchi's Spa in Ventura, and private practice in my home studio.
To schedule appointments, arrange for gift certificates or ask questions about Healing Hands Massage you may contact me by phone or via e-mail. If you call and I am with a client, you will be asked to leave a message on my voice mail. If you contact me via email, you can expect a response within 1 business day.
Massage is enjoyable since it involves comfort and a sense of empowerment over your body. It involves the manipulation, rubbing, and kneading of your muscles and soft tissues. This enhances the function of those tissues. Many people find that it brings a feeling of well-being and relaxation. You may also find that it is useful in relieving your pain, increasing your mobility, and rehabilitating your injured muscles.
