We had a large party and made reservations ahead of time for a birthday dinner. They were not able to accommodate putting in our appetizer order without our dinner order. (We were waiting on 2 people to arrive but wanted to put in our appetizers in the meantime)
The waitress told us that if she put in our order for appetizers before our dinner order that our dinners would go to the back of the line and could take an hour and a half before we would be served our meal.
This is something they need to work on for sure.
Additionally they would not bring bread to our table until our food orders were

I cannot wait to go back ! Their specials were so enticing we didn’t even order off of the menu. The branzino was perfectly cooked and the sauce was absolutely delicious. The lobster ravioli were to die for as well. The portions are generous and it is worth every penny !!!
The service was great as and they are BYOB, I’ll definitely be back for more !

Original Post: I called at 5:45pm (1hr 45min after they Opened) to place a take out order and was told that they were no longer accepting orders. I was then hung up on after mentioning that all I was ordering was a pizza.
Updated with reply: This was the fourth time I have encountered an issue with ordering pizza from your restaurant in 9 months and that's including the 4 plus months your pizza oven was out of service. Those 4 issues plus the $60 dinner order I placed for take out that was incorrect, then to have your Dad be disrespectful in the way he talked to me then to hang up on me for no

Well the food is good however I would not advise ordering take out from here. First time we ordered
They forgot our bread. The second time they gave us the bread forgotten from the first time but then didn’t give us our pasta. Refused to credit us back $10 for the pasta claiming it would “be a joke to credit $10 for pasta.” My bill was $31 for chicken parmigiana and pasta. How is the pasta not worth $10? Also told us they are still training employees and mistakes happen. Yes they do so best to atone for error in the name of customer service. Have to say this is the first Italian meal I have

Nice family owned and run Italian restaurant, priced well, watching the line cooks in the open kitchen was fascinating. Outdoor seating available, close to rt724 so can be a little noisy. Dining room fills up quick reservations are recommended. Food was good, portions were appropriate, the owner was very present, stopping by every table to say 'hi' and resolve any concerns. All food made from scratch so menu items may not be available if you have a later reservation

My family and I have been here 3 times in the past month! Their menu is smaller than a lot of Italian restaurants but I feel like it allows them to really focus on their food. We order something different every time and not one thing on their menu has disappointed! It's BYOB which is great, atmosphere is good, service is fast, prices are very reasonable, and again the food is outstanding! The mussels marinara is the best I've ever had. You will not be disappointed!

Think about a place that goes ABOVE and BEYOND customer service! It's our second time, they have the best Burrata around (I m very picky with my Burrata) 😄, the food is amazing. A truly Trattoria Italiana and that's why we came back. They have live musica Italiana and is BYOB!

Talk about a pleasant surprise! I had ordered from Piccolo Mondo several times on DoorDash and have been very satisfied every time. I had always assumed it was a nice pizzeria or something. Yesterday we decided to go in person and we’re shocked. This place was jumping! Ambiance was outstanding - perfect place for a date. There was live music to accompany dinner. It took a while to be seated, but once we were in food came out quickly.
But most importantly, the food was outstanding. My friend got Veal Saltimbocca and I got Linguini with Clams. Literally every thing from the bread to dessert was

My family's been here twice now (for takeout amidst covid) and the food is absolutely fantastic! the portions are generous, the flavors are delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. we haven't yet had their pizza, but if it's anywhere near as tasty as their dinners, we'll be quite the regular customers here
