I have a 2004 GMC Envoy 4x4. Check engine light came on. On line investigation, liked what I read about JACKSON'S AUTO.
So I called and took it there. I talked to Steve, the owner and set up an appointment. Fast forward...he ran the test and turned out that I had a severe wiring problem. Steve explained that there had been some improper wire repair done on my truck before or after I bought it. And it looked like some mice damage.
It did take quite a few days but I knew it would.
I would recommend JACKSON'S AUTO if you want good work, fair pricing and a mechanic who takes the time to give you

I went there first time for state inspection last week. These guys turned out to be more awesome than I have ever experienced in my 20 years life in the US. They were extremely courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Explained a couple of small issues my car had in detail. Will sure go back to these guys whenever needed and recommend friends.

This repair shop came highly recommended so I was surprised by my experience. This shop doesn't take appointments so we were told to drop off our vehicle. We did not receive calls to inform us about the repair progress, we had to stop in to get information. After four days, we picked up the car only to determine later that the repair was not completed. Additionally, the car was returned to us with a filthy steering wheel. While that's not a big deal, it does demonstrate the mechanics lack of attention to detail. To be fair, I got the impression that the owner was out of town during
