Matt and Crew at Fairway were able to fit me in, unannounced for an inspection of my son's first car! Valvoline on Kingshighway couldn't start until 9AM, but Fairway got me taken care of! I'll be back! (My sister has also used them and spoke well of them, which is why I tried them.). Also, they pointed out (actually showed me) some minor concerns, but didn't try to sell me on repairs! I appreciated that!!

Keeping my informed every step of what they were going to check on the car, tell me what the price would be BEFORE actually doing the work. He quoted me for a price, and after everything the price was exactly what he said. Which was WAY cheaper than any other place. Then he followed up days after about the car. Very, very pleased and impressed with my service at Fairway. Had some unexpected car issues. Despite five other auto shops saying their soonest availabilities were weeks away, Fairway was not only able to see me immediately--they also finished work on my car that same day! Fairway was upfront, honest, clear in their communication, and amazingly fast, and I wholeheartedly recommend this shop without reservation. Excellent work!

They got me in so fast, finished the work quickly, and did an amazing job. They were honest (I double checked, as it was my first time there and I’m a female…ladies know what I mean!) and went above and beyond for me. They even checked in a few days later. 10/10, I’ve found my new auto place.

I have been going to Fairway since it opened and they have always done an excellent job on my vehicles and their customer service is second to none. I have been taking both of my cars here for several years. These guys are the best in town. Family owned shop. Best prices. Best work. They are friendly. Jason is the owner and you'll find his wife and daughter there working often times as well. They never try to sell you stuff you don't need. Quite the opposite. They will warn you ahead of time about the time frames when you might need something down the road. I trust them completely. They almost always get the job done faster than they originally say it will take. I can't say enough about how much of a great shop this place is

This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. My son decided to paint the interior of my car with nail polish (pink polish on black leather).
Jason and his team went above and behind to try and find a solution (no easy task). They asked to keep my car another day to keep working on it so the following day, I got a call that they found a way to get the polish out.
Due to the extent of getting it out, I was offered the option of doing it myself to save money (a lot of money). That right there was a telling sign of their honesty and good intent to help me out.

Had an emergency visit when my alternator died in the middle of traffic. I'm from out of state and called these guys up, Jason the manager was very friendly. Helped diagnose the issue over the phone, and get me help to get to his shop before it closed so they could take a look at it, were able to recommend a hotel for the evening and get me fixed up first thing in the morning. Great service, fair prices and trustworthy work. Even got a follow up call to make sure we got home alright. Definite A+
