Your celebration is not a rehearsal. You truly have one chance to do it right! There are no re-takes! Weddings are like a theatrical production. It's not enough that you have all the best actors (vendors) in place, you need a director (seasoned coordinator) to bring all scenes and production into play.
A wedding without Tosca would be like a bride without a dress. It just shouldn't happen. She is amazing! A true diplomat, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of wedding planning with a dedicated resource of vendors that love working for her as much as you will love having her work for you. Can't recommend her enough!.
I truly wish there were enough words to express how phenomenal Tosca is. We had the pleasure of working with Tosca a few years ago for my sister's wedding, and she was one of the first phone calls we made when we got engaged. We had a very large, very complex wedding day that involved two ceremonies and moving 400 people through four different spaces throughout the day.

We interviewed with several wedding planners and we felt Tosca was the most genuine and sincere. It didn't take us long to realize that she was the one for us after our initial meeting. We are so lucky to have had Tosca at the helm of our dream wedding! She was wonderful in so many ways, and we are so grateful! When we had to pivot from a 150 person wedding at the Brazilian Room to an intimate 16 person wedding with a Zoom component, she pivoted gracefully and confidently, leading the way for us to feel that it would all come together beautifully. I'll keep this short and sweet. Tosca helped me plan for a little less than a year and one week before my wedding our venue was shut down. Despite this she came through and essentially replanned the entire thing. In ONE WEEK!! Tosca is a a superior planner and a fantastic person to work with. Truly the best of the best! Our wedding was perfect and I can't thank her enough!

Tosca is amazing!!! We didn’t have a worry in the world on our big day - our main task was to get married and have a great time with our guests. She was an integral part of everything leading up to our wedding and ensured everything was executed flawlessly. Tosca was excellent through the whole process from the planning stages to the day of our wedding. She has a great ability to calm our nerves when the stresses of coordinating the wedding start to creep in. She continually provided excellent suggestions to make our wedding beautiful and while keeping our budget consciousness in mind. It was wonderful to be able to bounce all of our wedding questions that we had to get her opinion based on past experiences and overall wedding expertise.
