Services
If you're looking for a down-to-earth & relatable counseling experience you're in the right place. We want to give you a space where you can be you. Where you release your pressure valve and say exactly what you've been thinking, the things you hide from others. You have the power to make changes in your life and in your relationships so you can live the life you want to live.
You are a unique person and your problems are unique to you! Because of that, we work with you to create goals that reflect who you are and what you want to accomplish in counseling. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, we will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
Whether you come to me struggling with infidelity, or dragging your partner who isn't sure about counseling, or even by yourself to better understand your relationship, relationship stuff is where I thrive as a counselor. Let me talk in regular language about what I do and how I do it: I make counseling feel normal.
When you're looking for help, it can be really hard to figure out where to start. You're worried about so many things - your family, your relationships, your anxiety - and it can be difficult to know where to turn. Through counseling, I can help you find a home within yourself. I can provide a space where you can be you, and you don't have to explain yourself the way you do to your friends and family.
What if you could be one of those really great couples? You know, the #couplesgoals couple. The couple who laughs more than they fight, and even their fights sometimes end in laughter. Imagine feeling like you're on the same page as your partner. Imagine instead of wasting your energy on being pissed about the fight this morning you were getting life from laughing at an inside joke in a room full of people you aren't in on it.

I am a colleague of both the woman at Our Whole Living and have looked to them for many things. They are confident, warm, competent, and invested in both their fields of practice. They really want to do the best they can to help and believe in the work they do.

I know Kari and Cori from a professional peer group. I would highly recommend either of these women for therapy/counseling services. Cori truly enjoys working with couples who are seeking deeper connections with one another. She is incredibly attentive and genuine, allowing each member of the couple the safety and authenticity that is needed to explore their relationship and take it to the next level. Kari is very knowledgeable about trauma and its impact on the survivor. She provides a calm, safe, steady presence that is crucial in navigating the healing process for those who have experienced

I am a professional colleague of Cori and Kari, and, as such, have the honor of experiencing them in a variety of capacities. Whether it be during a peer consultation group or at an event in the community, Kari and Cori are consistently seeking to improve the lives of others by offering compassionate and reflective understanding while inviting people to examine how they wish to advance towards their goals. They provide a safe container for self-exploration and growth, which is why their practice is flourishing.
