Evan with Kasco showed up right on time, followed COVID protocols, and was the epitome of professional. I called Kasco to give me a second opinion on a furnace issue that another company responded to a couple weeks back. While the other company was able to determine the issue, they couldn't determine the cause. Evan methodically inspected the system, figured out what was causing the issue and provided a temporart repair. We were very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of every person we dealt with at Kasco Heating and Air. We were looking for a reputable company to assist us with maintenance on our furnace, tankless hot water heater and whole house humidifier and were referred to this company by a friend. The scheduler, Andree, was very communicative and answered all of our questions.
