Mark is the guy you want to work on your projects. He is professional and knowledgeable. He won't try to upcharge you for products or services. He will recommend what you need and what is appropriate for your home. We had a new condenser installed as well as a new coil and line set. Mark presented me with the appropriate options and information to help make my decision. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. I highly recommend Mark and his crew for any HVAC needs. I will be using him exclusively in the future.

Mark is the definition of a professional!. He is up front & honest, prompt, a wealth of knowledge, a REALLY nice guy and most of all fair. We had him out several times after things shut off or sounded dire (ie. expensive). He took lots of time to diagnose what ended up being relatively small fixes. After taking so much time to fix and educate us on the state of our systems and what we might need down the road we were blown away by how little he charged us. As a home owner this is the repair guy you wish that could do everything in your house!

Mark came out and got my furnace fixed fast at a very reasonable price in this cold spell. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness with my heater repairs. I have been burned by heating companies in the past and it is refreshing to know there is someone out there who still cares about honesty and integrity with what they do. I will use Nordic for any future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot even express how much I appreciate Mark and his crew for their hard work. We had a tough situation with a furnace room door that was placed after the heater and A/C units were already in my house. They had to remove the casing in order to get the old units out and the new units in. They did an amazing job of not damaging any part of our home to get everything installed. No big sales pitch. No over-selling. No pushing. He was honest and I greatly appreciate all his help. We like him so much, we had him come back to do a water heater replacement as well. I would highly recommend him. Great service from a locally owned small business! I called Nordic about day after my A/C stopped pushing out cold air, and I got a call back from Mark the next day. First thing Mark did was apologize for taking a day to call me back; the first good sign that I made the right call. The second thing he did was have a brief conversation with me about… the possible issue(s) with my A/C; from listening to me, he had an idea of what the issue(s) were. Then we scheduled a date and time, the next day, to check out my unit; he was there right on time. He checked the system over, confirmed the issue
