A great place to live that is conveniently located. A wonderful on-site manager that keeps the place well maintained!

Besides the great location, everything is subpar. For the overpriced apartments, the management is poorly run and the main office is mostly empty. The pool has become basically open to the public without any rules or restrictions and the noise level during the summer has become unacceptable. This apartment is listed as no pets allowed, but pets have been walked by the pool and loud barking continues. This place has definitely deteriorated over 6 years and getting worse.

My wife and I lived here for two years, and we have no complaints. Management was always very responsive and fair, including the time they replaced (on a weekend) our glass shower door, that our cleaning lady broke. The new property manager, Fiona, is really on top of things, and is very nice, and very professional. We recommend Seven Oaks.

This place has gradually deteriorated. A year ago they cover water expense, now They'll charge you extra $130+ for water bill though there are no water meter inside unit(they just bill it with the rent), and the number still growing at a rate of 20/month, so they charge at will with no upper limit! Laundry cost extra $4 per time(you need to dry clothes twice on high temp otherwise they are too wet, last year drying once is ok),which means at the end of year we expect to pay $300 for water+laundry! And you surely need to pay eletricity and other utility bill. Management cares more about

Mostly bad: This place is way overpriced, but sadly that's the price to pay to be near Stanford and to live in this area. They used to pay water and garbage but now we're going to have to pay it. Also they are going against our lease, trying to raise our rent by $400 a month to go month to month, or between $200 and $300 depending on other longer-term lease renewals. They're constantly doing "renovations" (mostly just adding crown molding to everything with a surface to nail gun to) to justify charging their tenants hundreds of dollars more; and that means it's

Before the "renovation", the price based on the apartment condition is reasonable. After the "renovation". the price is really ridiculous. I don't know the management thinks their sort of improvement on the apartment will deserve a $800 increase.

I like the neighberhood, and I really enjoy walking around with my family and have a quiet life. However, I just can't spend almost $3000 for a 1bd/1br.

FYI, the hardwood floor they claimed is not a real one, I think they just put some layer on top of the original one.

The apt itself is great. However, you have to be extremely careful about the management. She will lie to you, and if she does not like you, she can make your life in hell. Be aware!
Since I still live here, I can't describe the incidents in detail, if she read this, I will be in huge trouble.
I am moving soon, and then I can fill in the details

This has gotta be the most cush student housing I've ever lived in. Well, technically it's not student housing, it's about 75% retirement community and 25% students. But if certain universities want to subsidize our housing and sublet, that's fine by me.

Apartments have good-sized bedrooms/bathrooms and huge common areas, each has a balcony or patio about 6x12. Complex includes gated underground parking, so your butt doesn't get scorched by your seats on a hot day, and a small pool area with umbrellas and tables. Manager is friendly and very accomodating.
