I have just moved here but had great experience so far. The building is aged but the location is unbeatable and the public area is clean and well maintained. Also I had smooth move-in process and with the help of the property manager Pamela who always responds to my questions in time. Looking forward to my further stay here at Mia.

This has been the easiest move-in process EVER! Not to mention, the location is absolutely incredible. I virtually toured a few local properties and was most blown away by the Mia's management -- Pamela is beyond supportive and the best building manager I've ever had the privilege of renting from -- and the ease of getting everything situated confirmed this was the clear choice to go with. I can see why there is very little availability; no one ever wants to move out!

I lived in Mia over a year, and this place is fantastic.
**Move-in** During viewing, manager Pamela was very responsible and friendly. She showed many available units, answered our questions, etc. Move-in itself went smoothly.
**Living experience** While studio has a limited space especially if two people live there, the layout really works out. It was a Covid year, so my hubby and I stayed at home most of the time, including working from home for him. It turned out to be great due to a good layout. We lived in a smaller studio.
I also appreciate quietness of the building. We didn't hear our

Mia is a beautiful apartment building located in a nice and tranquil location filled with gardens and ocean breeze. The building manager Palema Petersen is so helpful and responsive. She always has great patience in handling any enquiry and helping any product or service when it’s needed. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who love to stay in this beautiful suburb.

Love the Mia so far. Have only been here for about 1 week but it’s a great location and nice/clean building. Pamela, in the leasing/management office, is so helpful and made the lease application process and moving in so easy!

I lived at MIA for four years And I would overall recommend it as a great place for a young professional to live. The location is unmatched, has a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, great for walks, and also just a few blocks away from University Avenue with a host of wine bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and more activity. This makes it a perfect balance. The management is great, including Pamela who is an incredible and attentive community manager. Building maintenance is also very receptive, with all calls attended to within one business day. What keeps this building from a five star rating is the

Mia is a beautiful apartment complex. Located in a peaceful part of downtown Palo Alto with good amenities, it has been a treat to live here.
I had a seamless move in process all thanks to the community manager, Pamela Peterson. Right from the beginning, she was prompt in setting up the virtual tour and prepared a clear checklist of all things to be done for the move in. Any minor issues reported in the apartment were fixed very quickly thanks to Pamela and Jonathan.
I highly recommend Mia for anyone out there looking for a place to stay in Palo Alto.

I stayed at Mia briefly last year. Anytime we needed anything, staff was very accommodating. They always responded promptly. When we needed to move out early, they were very sympathetic and Pamela, the manager was outstanding. She worked with us did everything she could to make our stay and transition smooth. Couldn't recommend more!

I lived at the MIA for almost 2 years, and am writing this review because I wanted to shout out one of the best perks of living there - being able to call on Jonathan Alvarez. I’ve stayed in a variety of the luxury “corporate apartment”-type setups in NYC, SF, DC, etc. The material amenities of the apartment are nice but pretty standard; par for the course. What is a complete unknown is if the management and maintenance is competent, consistent, reliable, conscientious or not. I’ve seen the range. And I can say - at the MiA, being able to call upon Jonathan at any hour - and weekends, big

I moved into Mia Palo Alto a month ago, and the move-in process couldn't have been easier. Pamela, the leasing agent, was helpful and responsive to questions, and everything "just worked."

Easily the smoothest and most pleasant move-in process I've had.

This review is based entirely on my tour as I don't live in the complex yet.

I recently was given a tour by Mia's Community Manager Pamela who immediately made me feel right at home. I've toured a lot of places and it was refreshing to meet someone that was sincerely interested in me being happy versus most others who want to get the tour over as quickly as possible. I could only imagine how nice she is to her tenants.

I still have some time before my lease expires but Mia's amazing location makes it my #1 choice.

I don't know why the ratings are so low, must be due to either obsolete reviews or difficult people. I had to move away due to work reasons, but I enjoyed every minute of the 4 months I lived here recently and was sad to leave, so I felt compelled to provide a more reasonable perspective.

The main highlight of the apartment and, in retrospect, probably the best thing about living here is the team in charge of the place are comprised of the most amazing, hard-working and caring people. If you've faced the imminent threat of homelessness due to the awful rental market in the Bay Area

I've lived in MIA for a year now and have had the best experience.

The apartment is walking distance to downtown and the building went through major renovations last year so it feels contemporary and inviting with a pool, full gym, fire pits, grills, and free coffee. I make use of the gym or pool daily and the maintenance staff cleans and maintains them well.

The staff is excellent! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Jasmine, the community director, shows genuine care for the residents - she's very personable and professional.

I'd definitely recommend living here. Just signed

In a Nutshell: This place isn't worth the high price point and doesn't live up to the luxury aspect. I only signed a lease here because I got an offer for work and needed something right away.

I'll cover what my experience has been like so far.

MOVING IN: They use a computer program that generates different rates for rent and starting the lease on different days during the same week will affect the rent you pay for the year.

APARTMENT: Look nice at first glance, but not built to last. Loved the place when I toured, but upon living here discovered how cheap the renovations

I have lived in Mia for more than 5 years. When I moved in it was called Park Towers. It is a nice place to live. The location is so great, close to downtown of PA and Stanford. The management team is very professional. You can have a parking spot when you move in. Now they are remodeling the units and in the future, it should be more modern.

The only thing is the rent. It is a little bit high.

I know this two people and they're lying. This two men (Richard and Mohammed) got payed $10.000 each to move out. Mia apartments has the worst managment. No A/C for a week now! and no swimming pool for 4 months, the elevators are in repair for almost 5 month. With all this we kept paying the high price. Mia charges small studios for over $3500, And in same time, the workers start working with no respect to our rest and sleep, again before legal time. I have been awaken from my sleep and startled from the noise of heavy machineries numerous times. All those times Mia managment apologized for

I lived at Mia for about ten years and sorry I moved out. I loved the location but more so, the staff. Wienda and Linda would see that any request was acted on promptly.

They worked hard this past year with building improvements from top to bottom.

Bottom line, I'd move back in a heartbeat!

Horrible management. I would try my best to avoid dealing with them in the future. Save your time/money and go somewhat else. They are ultra unprofessional and don't treat customers with respect. Also the price is such a rip off. Over 3k for a tiny little studio less than 500sq ft. Errrrrr crazily greedy people running this business.

I lived her Jan-June of '15 and the place was awesome for me. The room was clean and the balcony was a nice addition to have. The proximity to downtown Palo Alto is a plus and plenty of great places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. I was not going to review this place, but some super shady stuff is going on here. It 'looks' like a nice place on the outside--but looks can be decieving.

If you're not paying for it (because your company is) and if you're not here much (because you work all the time) you don't notice what's going on.

In this review I am only going to focus on one thing (cuz there are so many shady things going on here right now).

Conservice. Mia uses them. They're shady.

I'm writing this review from when I lived here during the shift from the Park Tower Apartments to the new Mia Apartments. I don't really like to write reviews, but this place was such a hidden gem I couldn't let it go. The location really doesn't get much better than this. It's only two blocks from downtown Palo Alto, which is one of the best downtown's in the Silicon Valley. It's great, whether you like it for the restaurants or the nightlife. I loved it for both. Its really close to Stanford shopping center and everything is walking distance, like the post office

This is my 5th month here at Mia apts.. this complex is a hidden gem. I'm a commuter on a weekly basis from the southbay to the city and back. This apartment complex is unique in its location- its probably my favorite aspect of my stay here so far (: I love it bc I'm within walking distance (literally 2 blocks) from the heart of a lively dtown Palo Alto but its tucked behind University Avenue's outskirts just enough, that its suburbia! meaning its pretty much, always quiet and peaceful here.

Its the little things that (also) add up. :) Amenities! Amenities! I haven't had a
