My name is Scott Reidt, owner and lead inspector. I am a highly qualified home inspector with years of experience - in home inspections, but also the military and real estate industry in general. Scott is great at not only being very thorough with his work, identified things other people don't think about, even being a new built home he was able point out those issues. Scott did an outstanding job for us. His absolute thoroughness saved us twice with homes that presented a pretty package, but the "bones" of both of them were poorl and would have cost a small fortune to repair. His acute attention to detail and his explanation of everything he inspected, made easy decisions for us to finally accept the third house we found. Scott is truly professional and very likeable. Scott did an amazing job with my inspection. Although the house looked perfect to me, he found copious amounts of defects that were significantly crucial and needed to be corrected. Scott was ready to help! I had to reschedule on him a couple times but he was there ready to go when I needed him! He is one of the most professional people I have dealt with in a very long time. He was punctual and he was very thorough with his inspection. It was good to have another set of eyes on our new construction home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HOME INSPECTION. They completely missed the fact that my brand new home was built without a single phone jack throughout the entire house. We trusted this company to be our eyes when ensuring our new home was as it should be. When I called them about this huge mistake and oversight, they told me that wasn't something they did and clearly did not care enough to talk to me about it. Save your money and hire anyone else.
