Incredible experience. Great price. Jerry came out to the property with 1 day notice, completed the entire inspection within a few hours and even walked me through the entire inspection report from sidewalk to roof. I would highly recommend Mission City home inspections! I called on a Monday, and the very next day Jerry was out doing the inspection. He walked us through the home (inside and out) after he finished the inspection process and thoroughly reviewed every concern he saw. He was very honest about the things he saw and even gave us some great tips and tricks that we would not have known otherwise! Jerry is great to work with. Very professional. He is straight forward and was willing to inspect our potential home on a Sunday morning. We met him at the end of his inspection and he walked us through everything he saw. He did not rush us one bit and made us feel very comfortable asking any and every question. He ended up taking nearly 3 and a half hours for both the inspection and our walk-through. He provided his written report with pictures on the same day. I would work with him again.

I met with Mr. Jerry and he did a home inspection on my new house we were looking at purchasing. Upon doing inspection he was very detailed and explained everything and reason behind it. We hired Jerry to perform a 1-year pre-warranty expiry inspection on our newly constructed house. The report he wrote had a great summary and detailed info, which we were able to provide to our home builder. He did a very thorough home inspection and walked us through all the items he identified during the inspection. We called him on short notice and he was able to work around our schedules.
