Stopped in the shop while driving through NC and asked for an alignment. I spoke with Luis, who also was the person that aligned my Nissan. He quoted me $75 or $100 if the 4 wheels needed alignment and told me he could do it right away. He had it on the lift within 10 minutes as he drove it for 5 minutes first.

This is a horrible place to do business and I will never use them again for vehicle repairs. They nearly cost me and children's lives. Not only did they not repair my previous repairs correctly and I had to get them all done again, they didn't replace my hub bearings properly and multiple nuts nearly fell off while I was driving. There were multiple shortcuts they took when replacing the hub bearings. If the bolts would have fell all the way off then my tires would have fallen off along with my whole wheel assembly. If this would have happened while driving it would have been a horrible accident

The tire on my husbands car popped, we didn’t have a spare. We bought a tire and rim, the rim was too small for my husbands car. I brought the tire and rim back the next day, the gave us a new tire and put it on my husband rim, for free! And the refunded us $20. Luis was the one helping me out and was amazing.

My rear brake caliper locked up and I couldn't get any of my tires off because the previous owner had installed locking lug nuts and lost the key and failed to mention it to me. They were able to get all four off very quickly, even with one being almost completely rounded off ,and at a very good price. Very friendly service! I'll be back again.

One word - integrity! I recently used Chicos services due to a nail in the tire. I'll admit they weren't my first choice. However, I went to a newer establishment close by and was told the tire couldn't be repaired because it was too close to the side wall. Instead I would have to purchase a new tire because my warranty didn't extend from the west coast. Nonetheless I took it to Chicos told them what happened and the tech informed me that legally he can repair the tire. The guy could have gone with it and sold me a tire - I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead I

YES! So much YES! Finally a place with quality used tires who won't give you the run around or charge you extra fees. This place is the real deal. Bought two "like new" tires for my Ford Fusion today. They put them on the front and changed the old ones to the back total with tax $149. Did I mention it took less than 5 minutes?? The car sounds amazing, completely quiet and the tires look brand new! I will deff be returning with all my tire needs and I encourage anyone who is uneasy about going to a big chain like meineke or sears to come here and support local business!!!!

Chicos!!! Well first this place is somewhere you can get used and new tires and nost automechanic work done. I'm not sure but I think it's first come bases here. Nevertheless, the prices I feel are reasonable and the work is honest.

It's not much I can say as we have not encountered any issues here whatsoever. The employees all seemed knowledgeable of what they were doing. I can say if you need tires and you cant afford new tires such as Good year this place

A little surprised at the reviews. I love Yelp and any other review sites to get a better feel for where I want to do business, so based off what I've read I wouldn't normally go here. Having said that, I was in a hurry to get 2 used tires and priced 3 near by locations. One had great reviews, but was too expensive and did not have what I needed in stock anyway and the other location didn't really have any reviews and was CASH only and looked a bit questionable as far as inventory that I would be given so I left there and ended up going to Chico's even though they were not
