Holly Ridge Tire Pros opened in 1994 with encouragement from family and friends. In 1997, the business grew to the point that it became necessary for both Maxton and Belinda to become full-time employees. I have been using them for my cars needs for years and have always been pleased and confident in their services . Today I was quoted 30 minutes for a state inspection. I asked the receptionist how long because I could come back another time if the wait was too long. I waited and waited. After over an hour my car had not even been taken in for service. There was no explanation given to me for the delay. I did not complain because that is not my nature. When the car was finally ready there was absolutely NO apology for the long wait. I was there for 5 minutes short of 2 hours. That is nowhere near

UPDATE 13 August 2021: Holly Ridge Tire Pros refunded my wife for the oil change and diagnostic service. They apologized and acknowledged that they had made a mistake.
UPDATE 12 August 2021: Confirmed with manufacturer that Holly Ridge Tire Pros installed the wrong oil filter which explains all the issues. This business does not know how to conduct a simple oil change. Look elsewhere for services.

Excellent customer service and very fast!! After being quoted a ridiculous amount to have new tires installed (I bought new ones and they were in my trunk) I turned to Holly Ridge Tire Pros! And by fast they were fast! Having walked in after calling in the day of, I don't think I was even there for over 30 minutes! There were many people there as well and In all honesty I was ready for a wait but nope! They had me in and out and quoted me less than half what another place had! (just for a tire install with my own tires and an oil change!) Honesty, speed, and kindness are all present here!

I will never return to this place. I gave them 3 chances.
1.) ordered and paid for high end Michelin tires for my wife's Acura. - they installed light truck tires and send her on her way. Tires were $50 each less than the tires I purchased.
2.) they did not transfer my TPM sensors when I swapped rims on my truck. Now I have a light on permanently.
3.) my sons alignment was screwed up so bad that within 500 miles his brand new front tires were ruined.
I would recommend going somewhere else.

Recently bought a set of tires for my son's truck. Holly Ridge Tire was nearby so I got a quote from them, Costco and Walmart. After all the fees and add-ons I was surprised that Holly Ridge Tire was about $80 cheaper for the set! They did great! I was so pleased that I used them again for my car 3 weeks later; still cheaper than Costco!

I highly recommend Holly Ridge Tire Pros! The service is excellent and always completed in a very timely manner. They take the time to explain the service and always ensure your satisfied with the outcome. The Staff is a direct reflection of the ownership, professional and courteous. I arrived at Holly Ridge to get my oil changed buy a new set of tires, though I wasn't certain they were necessary. In what was effectively an act of faith, I informed the staff of my ignorance, and asked them for their opinion on the matter. Note that this was after I had made it very clear I was willing to buy a new set of tires, and I fully expected a response along the lines of "well, you don't need the tires changed per se, but it wouldn't hurt..."
The staff changed my oil, took a look at my tires, and said that they were fine for the cross country trip I had planned

Took my 2011 car into this shop for an oil change and an inspection and upon picking it up after two days, the battery was dead and my car didn't start. After going back into the shop and explaining my car didn't start in the lot, some one from the shop came out, stated they probably left light on, and proceeded to jump my car. I drove to the gas station (10 minutes away) after picking up my car, and my car died at the gas station. The car could not be jumped. 10 stars. I can't recommend Holly Ridge tire any more highly. I was in need of an urgent auto repair while we were vacationing at Topsail Island. Had a sway bar link that had broke. Great timing, right? Well Holly Ridge took care of it and at an extremely FAIR price. From the very nice lady behind the desk to the kind and professional mechanic who worked on my Tahoe, the entire experience was top notch. I wish they had a location in Northern Virginia. Friendly prompt service. Great tire price options for new good off brand tires. I'm a believer that you should take a newer car to the dealer but if you don't, IMO you can trust these guys to do the work. I've got an 10+ yr older diesel car and they're consistently reliable. Good prices on repairs. Same price as dealer on oil changes.

A few months ago my Jeep needed tires n front end work, they did n excellent job n fast service. Very happy with their service will definitely be going back for future work.
I just recently went back to them for brakes n a rattle noise, once again did a good job, i did have to take my jeep back for the rattle noise n one of their mechanics went for test ride with me n i pointed out the noise n left it there, they fixed the noise with no extra charge. Honesty is hard to find these days. I would recommend these guys to all.

I was visiting my sister for Memorial Day weekend when a known problem with my gear shift cable became significantly worse. My home garage had quoted me over $400 to replace the mechanism. Holly Ridge was able to fix it AND plug a slow leak in my tire that another garage had told me couldn't be plugged all for only $60. If I lived here, I would take my truck there for any issues and all regular maintenance. THANKS, Y'ALL,
