Individuals and families go through many developmental stages. Some we move through more easily than others, and sometimes we feel stuck and seek support and guidance to make good choices for ourselves and our family. My approach to therapy is to work with the entire family using solution focused and cognitive behavioral techniques.
These techniques emphasize each family member's strengths, assist in improved communication within the family, and strive to help families achieve their goals. Setting these goals is part of the therapy process.

Hillary has been seeing my children, 11 and 13, for the last year. She has been amazing and changed our lives. I interviewed quite a few therapists when looking for the right person for our family. What impresses me about her is her level of commitment, care and desire to help. I came to her not because my children had issues, but because I wanted them to have the tools to deal emotionally that I did not have growing up.
My children could not be more different. They have two different perspectives and yet, she is able to see it from their eyes with a level of patience that I do not possess

Hillary has been my therapist for nearly 2 years. I have had both private and group sessions with her.
Very compassionate, caring, helpful, informative, gentle and loving therapist for sure. On top of theses qualities, she has knowledge in an array of different areas as well.
Hillary doesn't just sit there. She carefully listens to my needs in order for her to better help me.
She has been pretty much my savior.

Hillary Wilson has been my MFT for several years, helping me navigate through the difficult times of adulthood, marriage and family (raising children in today's world). She has helped me evolve into a happy, independent person, free from the guilt of my enabling parents. I'd also like to recommend Ms. Wilson for anyone with newborns, toddlers or teens. She will help open your eyes to see what today's child is facing, giving you powerful tools for dealing with the changes. Highly recommend.
