I was taking a item for grandmother and had several questions for the gentleman too the left in the office, he was the rudest individual I have ever came across. I don't know who he thought he was but he needs to be held accountable for his actions. I have never received such disrespect from an individual. I hope he looses a loved one and has questions and someone laughs at him, like the way he did to me!
