I don't usually leave reviews but I feel the need to after my recent experience. I went in for a broken tooth. Dr. Kim made the cavity bigger and more painful because she dug at it so much she referred me to a oral surgeon to get it pulled since "No one around here that takes my insurance does a root canal" she didn't put a temporary filling in and left the big cavity open to cut up the inside of my mouth.
I felt unsafe regarding Covid precautions, they do check your temp, have a screening and have hand sanitizer at the desk but they don't have patients rise their mouth out with peroxide.

My Daughter who is 13 has severe anxiety at the dentist. Dr Kim was amazing with her. She was kind and very gentle. This is the first time she hasn’t needed sedation at the Dentist. Dr Kim is amazing. Front desk staff were very polite. I would highly recommend Dr Kim especially if you have a child that has anxiety going to the Dentist. Thank you Dr Kim. Dorene Smick

I love this place! Convenient when it comes to making appointments. Professional. And they really ask for your input before any procedures that might affect your mouth in the future. For instance, if you want a tooth pulled and they feel it is unnecessary they advise you against it. Other places just agree because they get to bill your insurance, regardless.
Which, by the way, Hope Dental accepts MASS health. Which is also a plus because we all know having dental work done is expensive.

This office is absolutely hands down the best dentist office I’ve been too, I moved from Boston, afraid to try a new office. I went in for an exam, they did a beautiful job cleaning my teeth and removed my wisdom tooth so smoothly. That staff was amazing and so nice. The office is clean and very professional. I’m definitely going back!!!!!

The service was excellent and fast. I’m the type of person that like to get everything done at once when I go to the hospital in general. In the first application they were able to tell me everything that was going wrong in my mouth and schedule the appointment quick and to get all my fillings done at once. Front desk, dentist assistant and the dentist were nice and friendly.

Wonderful staff and Dentist was attentive and thorough. I went here for a basic cleaning and x-ray, as well as requesting a referral for an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. I am impressed with their efficiency and customer service. They referred me to a wonderful surgeon and called to follow up with me, which I really appreciated. I definitely plan on coming back, I highly recommend!
