To be fair, the dental work done by this office is fine. The customer service I received was appalling. This office worked in conjunction with Worcester Periodontics (whose customer service was excellent) for my dental implants. I was measured for the implanted teeth. An appointment was made for me when the office received the teeth from the lab. My dentist was not satisfied with the teeth. He told me he was going to send them back to the lab to be remade. As I was leaving the office, I was speaking with Hector (who is always polite and personable), a lady behind the counter said, “she’s not

I have been to many different dentists over the years and have never felt so comfortable while sitting in the chair! Front staff is efficient, kind and caring. Doctors and assistants alike have been comforting, informative and simply amazing! (I have anxiety with dental work yet very little to none with them). I feel as though I’ve made friends while in the office or even when being called for appointment reminders. The office as a whole is phenomenal so I thank them for all they have done and all they continue to do for me :) love this office
